turned to running outside after my apartment locked up their gym... hope everyone is staying safe during this pandemic ❤️
i’m hitting a plateau hard... any suggestions?
only had very little time to work out today (~30 mins):
2.65 miles ran at average of 5.8 speed = 310 cals lost
eat breakfast like a king
lunch like a queen
and dinner like a peasant
... then watch the lb/kg drop
entertain us
ran 3 miles at level 2 incline = 360 cals gone
3.75 miles ran & 0.25 miles walked = 438 cals gone
dinner will be a blender bottle shake:
6 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana, 1 scoop of vanilla protein = 370 cals
people have been asking where my gym photos have been. unfortunately, i got pretty sick for a few days so i had only been doing light yoga. but i’m heading back to the gym right now. i’ll post my calories lost/work-out after.

been sick for the past 4 days...
3 days in a row. i made it. today was incredibly hard & draining but i made it to the gym by the end of the day. i’m honestly shocked.
with how tired i was, i ran 2.5 miles and walked a half mile = 269 cals gone
