Trying To Recover Again (19 they/them)

I havent been posting because im relapsing again

I do not like the path I am on; here is what I am doing to start the process of fixing that.

I want to acknowledge that supposedly a person is only capable of maintaining one degree of change at a time. Change is not instant, or entirely linear. I plan on making small changes and gradually adjusting my improvement plan as I go.

1. Therapy. At least once a week. I need it. And meds. So step one is to start therapy and medication.

2. Change my eating and exercise habits. For me this means going from disordered eating mode to healthy eating mode. Trying to shift my focus from weight loss to health.

3. Im going to gradually start adding exercise to my weekly routine. Im going to start with a simple biking routine. Biking is a leisurely/fun activity to me so I could do this exercise at least twice a day without getting overwhelmed.

I wanna start reading again. I dont know why i ever put down my books.

Recommendations? Looking for self help/healing, lgbtq+ history, and norse mythology books. Age range 18-21.
