Dexter doesn't get enough love. He is a sweet little mutt. Even if I give him crappy haircuts.

So I have tried to capture this for almost a year. This is a thing Vinnie does every morning when he gets up. He slides mostly off of the couch and stops at this point. He then stretches and yawns and looks around, then slllooooowwwwly slides the rest of the way off. It is hysterical. I apologize for the overly exposed anus. Lol.

The happiest goat on the property today is Gimli. He has FIVE ladies today. Wish him luck! Lol.

My new baby Nigerian Dwarf goat, Rabbit, is home!!!! How gorgeous is this little sweetheart???

I found these in the meat department on friday. I would have bought them as healthy treats for the dogs but Dexter is terribly allergic to chicken in any form. But the reason I took the picture is because they are called "Chicken Paws", lol!!!! Didn't know chickens had PAWS.

So I was a bit scarce yesterday because Brego got through the gate into my milking/feed storage area and got into chicken feed, medicated goat/sheep feed, and all stock. So I spent the entire day monitoring him to make sure he didn't colic, founder, or react to the medication in the sheep/goat feed (some of those medications can be deadly toxic to horses, but I knew he didn't get much if any because I was almost out.) And today we seriously beefed up the gate latches to keep this from happening again. Brego helped. He has the latch AND a chain to keep him out.

So, My coworker emailed me the picture she took of my husband and I before the "treat walk". I am in my fanbot costume and he is in his lunch bus driver outfit (inside joke, lol). For those not in the loop, my "fanbot" is PurplePony, a character of my own creation inspired by the amazing performance group/band Steam Powered Giraffe. She was built out of spare parts. :-) I had SO much fun with this. I am still working on my outfit.
