a dark fantasy adventure webcomic chronicling the haphazard journey of a teenage girl with 'divine powers' travelling aimlessly in a cruel and strange world known as 'the etherrealm'.

it is avaliable only on comicfury at the moment. page previews and spreads will be additionally posted here. if lwv somehow ganders great popularity, it'll be transferred to it's own website and then deleted off of comicfury.

do i need warnings before reading? ⛔

i advise a heavy warning for gore/violence and unreality (ranging from mild to extreme). be forewarned for dehumanization, drug abuse, and torture. lwv starts relatively mild, but later darkens in tone. if you want to know if a certain theme or phobia is present in lwv, my askbox is open and you can ask!

what texture are the rotlander's armour made of? Its like feathers but the head piece and back look like stone, are they like gargoyle/ vulture armour? Sorry if its been asked before 🙇

commonly rotlanders use obsidian, which is imported due to the meganation being right by the sea at the end! sometimes they have furred/feathered flourishes too...

in the vein of the question abt anthro fanart of lwv characters, have u ever thought abt what their dæmons would be in a golden compass au? would it just be the animal assignments u already have for them or smth else?

god i wish i knew because i apprentally watched golden compass ONCE and completely forgot what happened in it but tbh the feeling and the general style of the film always stuck with me.... i was like they gave a bear armor?! this is hardcore!!! just because of this i may watch golden compass again soon especially since it was one of those things that inspired lwv if only in the vaguest sense ever ...

you can! i have a friend who's done some furry/anthro versions of some lwv characters before and sometimes ive even assigned animals to their design principles before with the help of others (viscera is a stoat) 😊
