My take on Vincent Gravenstein, former Prince of Tacoma. The Anarch Slayer reigned from 1990 up until 2019, when all hell broke loose around the Puget Sound.
No one knows if he lived or died, they certainly haven't seen him, but given that Tacoma is firmly in Anarch hands, he's bound to be quite displeased.
"it's ok to show (x) in fiction as long as the bad guy gets punished!" the bad guy doesn't have to get punished. in fact the bad guy can win altogether. the bad guy can entirely get away with it. hope this helps
and this part might make some people's head explode but: characters can be written to forgive things you personally wouldn't ever forgive. not everything is written as what you'd perceive to be the right choice. not everything is a self-insert & protagonists don't have to be relatable.

Argos, just Argos. A prominent Kindred among the anarchs of Tacoma, largely due to their role as Baron Fiore's left hand vamp and their strength as one of the fastest Kindred in the state.
They also claim to be one of the most breedable Kindred as well but given the usual vampiric condition vis a vis sex with Kine, that's not a dense contest pool.
Wasn't directly my intent to start off pride month by drawing my non-binary slut blorbo, but it's a good portent in my eyes.

everyone get more sex positive and resist the rise of conservatism and purity culture NOW!!!! i am so tired of seeing “queer” people shame others for expressing themselves sexually, for looking down on SWers, for insisting that sex is somehow devoid of meaning or emotionless, for implying that desiring sex is somehow dirty or abnormal. respectability politics is bullshit. you’re not morally superior and straight/cis people will not accept you no matter how badly you want them to. and guess what? the most vulnerable populations get hurt by this rhetoric. SWers, trans folks, queer black folks, queer indigenous folks, queer folks of color. please decolonize your mind. queer sexual freedom IS a form of resistance and a form of joy, and if you don’t understand that then you don’t understand your history.
Sharing this here because while I'm sure it wasn't added for progressiveness reasons, the World of Darkness is a very sex-positive setting.
Vampires use and work alongside sex workers as well as owning their own sexuality, Werewolves frequently fight for the oppressed and abused, Mages have so many ways in which sexual practices and sexiness can be their literal powers, so on and so forth. This is before the fact that being a societal outlier lends itself to non-standard sexuality, genders, expressions of sex and love, and the way a myriad of cultures these supernatural beings come from interact with and engage with sex and sexual topics.
Decided to make a rough map of different World of Darkness domains in my setting, Washington Wilds.
Not pictured: (most) Mages, Wraiths, and Changelings who are less about domain-wide control, at least not in the mortal world. Also Fallen because even if I include them it's gonna be, like, less than 20, and other Changing Breeds that'd be more in hiding than claiming a domain. (For those, mostly werecoyotes to the east, werebears in the mountains, wereravens in the cities.)

Neah Bay Domain - Controlled by the Anarch Xismis family. Nominal Baron: Adakw Xismis, Brujah
Pacific Domain - Controlled by Prince Verena Blum, Toreador
San Juan Islands Domain - Controlled by Primogen Council, currently AWOL
Bremerton Domain - Controlled by Rosa Rossilini, Clan Hecata (mechanically Giovanni if I get to it)
Spokane Domain - Controlled by Lucius Vann, Ventrue
Garou Territories left to right, top to bottom:
The Pacific Ocean - The Spiral has something awful out there. May any God listening save their souls.
Olympic Mountains - Highly populated around the Mount Olympus Caern, led by the Silver Fangs and Shadow Lords in unison.
Mountain's Lap - Decently populated around the Three Mountains' Caern, led by the Ghost Council primarily.
Snowy Peaks - More sparsely populated compared to others, centered around the Skyreacher Caern, led by the Galestalkers/Winter Fangs.
Hanford Site - Former nuclear production complex and related necessities. The taint left on the land has grown perfect for the twisted and depraved, letting them spread their miasma throughout the state.
Arid Foothills - A spread-out yet well populated territory with many Caerns, all led or greatly advised by the Red Talons around their lupine kinfolk.
The Others:
Seattle & Tacoma - The largest metropolitan cities in the state, all manner of supernatural creatures have found their way there. For Kindred the Camarilla rules Seattle and Anarchs control Tacoma. Among the Garou both cities are the responsibility of the Glass Walkers, Bone Gnawers, and the rare others who can stomach all the Weaver nonsense.
The Traditions and Technocracy alike find their pockets of dominance, and exist in a shaky neutrality in the modern day. One can find any other type of supernatural if they know where to look, especially the areas where they really shouldn't look.
Hunter Domains: Spread out and constantly picked off, Hunters have the numbers and homefield advantage to the east of King County and in the wider east side of the state.
Olympia: The state capital was once another domain of the Camarilla, but the pressure of the Second Inquisition and the Sabbat attack rendered them inert, and while they still maintain some influence they dare not step into the danger zone.
Hanford part 2: While the Black Spiral Dancers fester underneath, the Technocracy still has use of the facilities, although for far more volatile and dangerous tasks than mere nuclear devastation.
And yeah that's the real broad strokes of it. When I get to more focused world-building it'll be far more focused on specific areas and therefore get into more detail, but here's a good look at what bigger forces are at play.
