Another year still breathing, just worlds apart. I wish you were okay. A lifetime without you would be bearable if only I knew you were happy. I’ll always remember you how you were, strumming and singing through the summer, leading me through our secret meadow with daisies in your hair. All the sunlight in the world came from your eyes alone. Happy anniversary darling.
