Have a teal sketch dump, I was tired after work, so just did a lot of expression meme doodles of him, since playing w/ expressions more, then a lot of other silly sketches.
Dumb headcanon that teal’s never had anything very sweet, and used to drinking bitter tea’s and other weird things. So he’s be absolutely enamored by /really/ sweet foods.
And then he has perma smug cat face w/ the split in his lip aha.

Tyree almost conceived to shrinking his head back, and raising an annoyed, bushy eyebrow, but instead maintains a warm smile. He’s used to that sort of reaction by now, but he couldn’t help but to find it redundant out of most monsters he encounters.
“Well, I and my friend wanted to test something out, a theory. We wanted to experiment with the reactions of monsters, and see how they would act in the presence of a human. We have gained some useful data so far. And I can understand your distaste.” He crosses his arms and nods his head in thought a few times. Hopefully, this lie Tyree had formulated would hold up. “
She had by then slightly closed her beak, but had taken to picking at the feathers on her right arm instead, listening to what he was explaining. An experiment huh? Well that was funny. Wouldn’t most monsters react badly if there was an actual human in front of them?
“Why of course most of us would react... Distasteful. They trapped us down here after all. Scary humans.” She mumbled, continously picking at her feathers, accidentally taking one out... And of course, cringing a bit at that. “Then what kind of monster are you when you’re not disguised as a human? Woah... I still can’t believe that’s how humans look!”

[”So this is what a harpy looks like. Amazing. Truly amazing.”] He thought to himself, before placing a hand onto his chest as he speaks.
“Um, I’m just a monster disguised as a human being, believe it or not. I had a friend put a powerful enchantment on me. WoOoOoOoOo.” He would wave his hands in a mystical way for effect.

“Wha- Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?” She nearly shouted, a surprised screech, after all she was a bird. Her beak hung fully open and then she took a step away... And quickly took a few steps closer. “A monster IN HUMAN DISGUISE??? So this is how humans look?” She was more mumbling now than before, but that might have been a relief on the poor guys ears.
“Wow... How scary... I don’t like humans!” she stated and nodded her head in a very steadfast way, agreeing with herself. Nope, humans were bad and scary. But... Why? She stopped her head nodding and tilted her head looking at the other monster. “But why would you disguise yourself as something so bad? And scary...”

Whaaat? Nooo, you silly!! I’m just a completely normal harpy!! Or at least normal to my family! Like there’s Gale, he’s also a harpy but very different! But nope, I’m just a silly little harpy!

“You don’t mind being called short?” The very statement took Gale by a surprise. How could anyone be a-ok with something like that? As far as he knew such label sent majority of monsters screeching and kicking, most often in his direction. What a strange girl… Wait, was she laughing at him?? Nah, definitely not. Probably with him. Definitely.
“I didn’t pinch your butt - I poked it, thank you very much! What else was I supposed to do? I mean, if you had seen a mysterious wiggling ass at the top of the trashpile wouldn’t you be curious? ” He shrugged it off with a low chuckle, unable to stay serious around someone who was laughing in the first place “If you are looking for some real treasure, not just some rusty metal junk, you should try the pile closer to the waterfall itself! Trust me, I know!! Finding the good stuff is pretty much my specialty~!”
“Well the point is, you touched my butt and I got a shock!!” She snappd and kept hiding her face, probably a little embarrassed by that. She was on top of that curling the long claws on her feet. Luckily that whole changing of subject always got to her. Scatterbrained birds and all. She immediately took her hands away from her face and look up at him with big eyes and a slightly open beak.
“Yeah!? Where??? I wanna’ go see! I want to find shiny stuff!!!” she almost yelled, screeching a bit afterwards; bird sounds. Then she looked towards the big waterfall and started sorta jumping towards the waterfall, not even thinking about the whole getting wet part. What did she care when there was shiny stuff on the other end of the deal? “Is it here? How do you even know where to find all the good stuff?”
im rly happy i got started rping today! woo!

“I’m not done growing yet!!” Gale quickly jumped to his defenses, looking sideways with a toddler worthy pout “My growth was stumped by the jealousy of my siblings! And peers. And that old dude who kept pinching my cheeks all the damn time!”
Wow. WOW. That was totally rude and uncalled for! With a subtle crack Gale straightened his back, once again looking over at the ‘lil brat who had managed to kick him below the belt “Ok, well, that aside - why were you all down in the trash like that? Did you fall? Or someone tried to bury you? And failed?”
Oh wow that reaction. She got a little surprised but quickly recovered from that to giggle at how he was acting like a child. He didn’t look like a child but he certainly acted like one! And thus she was giggling at him, hiding her beak and most of her face behind her big claws.
“Oh, calm down! There’s nothing bad about being small! Just look at me, I’m tiny and I don’t mind at all!” She tilted her head a bit and when she had stopped giggling she opened her eyes back up and looked up at the taller than her harpy. “Well I was digging after treasures!! Sometimes people throw out the most amazing things! Oh!!! And why did you pinch my butt!?”

Gale couldn’t help but frown. Oh. It was… A normal person. Not a two way buttocks monster or something awesome like that. The bird scrunched his nose and almost turned around to leave when another thought finally processed through his brain.
“Yooooo you are a harpy?? As in an actual harpy?” Gale’s voice boomed as he slouched down, zooming his face closer to her’s to take a better look “You are so tiny! Like, totally pocket-sized! Are you some sort of hybrid? Or, or did the scientists come up with a shrinking ray but it was faulty so you were reduced only to this height? That’s kinda cool!”
And then once again her focus was changed upon the fact that she was a harpy! And he was a harpy! And they were both harpies! Wow! But he was acting more surprised over her height than anything else. She puffed up her chest and squinted a bit, but couldn’t hold the face for long before she started giggling.
“Oh yeah, I’m a real harpy but just like super tiny! And nope! No shrinking ray, just unfortunate genetics I suppose?” she opened her beak a bit, pointing out the pointy red tongue. With that she stepped a bit away and looked back up at him, giving him a bit of an elevator look. “You ain’t the biggest of harpies either! You’re not nearly as tall as anyone from my family!” She stated, giggling.

Okay.
Maybe this wasn’t the Hotland. Maybe Gale had taken a wrong turn here and there after all. Or maybe Hotland now had a brand new place for trash as well!!! Whatever the reason, the overgrown bird found himself amid the glorious trashpiles known to no other place than the Waterfall itself.
W- … A butt. A butt and legs wiggling in a trashpile. With previous thoughts almost immediately vanishing from his mind Gale cocked his head, squinting his eyes ever so lightly at the odd sight. What was a butt doing out there? Or was it even that? Maybe it was a monster shaped as one? Did someone leave it there on purpose….?
Wasting no time Gale quickly made his way over to the curious object, almost immediately poking it with one of his talons. Hey, maybe on the other end of this there would be another ass?
And with that the train of thoughts, on how there was no shiny stuff in the trash pile tonight, was ended. “Aiieeh!” She screeched, letting out quite the eagle screech. She started wiggling and kicking her legs for a bit before she managed to push herself out of the hole she had made, brushing herself off and turning to the strang- OOOOOH A HARPY LIKE HER! And so tall. Not as tall as her parents or her family though.
That though, did not excuse what he had done and thus she shook her head and put her hands on her hips. “What was that for??” She asked, and if she could, she’d be pouting. Instead she just looked up at him with an almost shocked look in her eyes. “You gave me a shock!”

It was in the middle of the day and work was finally over. Lynoah had left Blaze and his angry sass at home to go check out what there was to be found in the trash zone today. It had been some time since she had actually been there to hoard anything new, only a few times to visit people.
Lynoah was basically head first dug into one of the bigger trash treasure piles. She had pretty much dug a big hole, by taking things and throwing them away to the side when they didn’t catch her particular interest until she had said hole she was head first dug into.
“Hmmn! Why are there no shiny things tonight? Why why why?”
