Typically in media a broken mirror symbolises that the person reflected in it is broken themselves. Unlike other shows, Wynonna Earp has consistently shown us that even those of us who have been broken can make something beautiful out of the pieces. Keep going, keep fighting.

i just rewatched the wedding ceremony and something that stuck out to me was the difference between waverly and nicoles expressions throughout the entire thing. waverly, on one hand, is just full of bliss, so happy to me marrying the love of her life on such a beautiful day, excited to see what the future will bring for them. nicole, on the other hand, seems almost in joyful disbelief, like she still cant grasp the concept that waverly is choosing to marry her. 

i think that nicole still doesnt believe shes worthy of being loved, and that theres something still there to be discussed, but waverly completes her in that way. waverly’s love is something so real that nicole still cant believe belongs entirely to her, and when the ceremony actually happens, that’s when it hits her. that’s when she realizes that waverly is all in, and that there must be something inside nicole worth loving if she got so lucky with waverly.
