Resurrected Sanguinius inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi. I had a lot of fun conceptualizing this one.

I’ve got a big crafting project in the works for this summer so I may be posting some of the wips for that here since it is going to slow down my art output. Also the local sci-fi con announced their theme so expect to see a lot more mecha drawing here as I figure out how to draw mechs so I can display my art.

And as promised back on my Warhammer shenanigans. This time I decided to redraw a piece I did back in 2023. The big change this time was I used only my oil brush setting and no blending and I’m quite pleased with the results!

Canto 1 - Dante in the woods

Hey so if you’re wondering where I’ve been, I was experiencing some burnout in the aftermath of my last con and just general life stuff. So I decided the best thing for me was to take a break. And then I made a joke on Discord about long lived fandoms and The Divine Comedy. And to cut a long story very short I’m halfway through Inferno and have written some Virgil/Dante pwp. I’m also feeling artistically reinvigorated.

Don’t worry, more warhammer stuff is coming, but for right now I’m riding the wave and seeing where it takes me.

So it has been a few months. I’ve been busy with a lot of irl stuff, from Con Crunch to trying to go back to school. Doesn’t mean I’ve stopped drawing though. I’m sitting on a bit of a backlog honestly. >.>
