Hai. I am Mae and I am a 21+ fan of warriors and DnD who wanted to make a proper 5e supplement for this! This is not my first attempt either, but I'm hoping this attempt works out!

An Update (May 18, 2025)

So, it's been over a year since I announced my hiatus. I was on and off the streets for that time, trying to survive in general and unable to focus on any sort of passion project. Now, I am in stable housing so I will be able to recontinue this project.

As mentioned before, this is being switched AGAIN to 5e because it was honestly hell to learn a new system while trying to homebrew and I had no one to help me learn 3.5e. I am going to keep a lot of the world building from the original project, but ofc the mechanics will be updated.

Actual plans will also come out slowly as I only got out of being homeless a few weeks ago so I'm still adjusting. But I am still working on this!

4/11/2024 Updates

SO... We are struggling extremely hard in life balancing fucking everything. Currently, we are in the middle of 3 different major life changes and none of us are coping with any of it very well.

Now, the one who has been running the blog is Mae/Lily. I am not her so I am going to be a bit awkward in how I phrase this.

This blog is going to be abandoned and moved to another since we are changing game mechanics again. The reason we are moving is because Mae wants to keep all of these posts up. The GMBinder links will also remain up.

The history has changed rather drastically in this project. At first, we wanted to make our own system, which led to this rework of the original system. However, we did not like it, so we tried again.

Then we wanted to try to remake the system with 1e Pathfinder, didn't do much, then switched to 3.5e D&D. However, we realized two things with my rework. Sadly, as much as we all hate WotC, 5e D&D is much more popular.

On top of that, myself, Mae, and several other headmates are much more familiar with 5e. It is much more easier to write mechanics in an rpg system we are most familiar with.

So we will be writing a whole 5e compendium for the WCverse. We will reblog when the blog is made. Mae is dealing with a lot of things in her personal life and will be uploading information later.

Update

So, I am taking a temporary break from this blog to work out some stuff in my life.

I am struggling with PTSD and bipolar disorder, college (and if I can even keep doing it), and trying to survive while disabled and unable to receive benefits.

I am not sure how long I plan to take this break as I am struggling with various issues, but I hope to be back soon!

Okay so the poll is done! I only planned on using one double name option so I will be picking Dawn/Pigeon over Lilac/Mint. And in third place ranged from Shell and Birch, but I personally love Birch more so I'm picking that as well.

I will be making a post for suffixes for each character, but for now, we have Dawnpaw (who transitions to Pigeon-), Pepperpaw, and Birchpaw!

Dawnpaw will be a ThunderClan hunter, Pepperpaw will be a loner who joins ShadowClan as a fighter, and Birchpaw will be a SkyClan oracle. Plus as a lil bonus, I'll throw in my OC, Peachpaw, a RiverClan healer, and Sweetpaw, a WindClan historian.

Note, I have plans for some of these kitties to eventually mutliclass and one will become a leader. No, it's not a vote, I already chose who becomes leader. :3

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

Trigger warning for abuse, alcohol, drugs, and death.

This is a personal post, but will be affecting a lot of my life.

I got a call today and my mom is in the hospital again. My mom has had cancer for years, but it's now spreading and taking her immune system. There is a very good chance that she will die soon.

Despite having a bad relationship before, she took me in to escape domestic violence when my ex fiance began abusing drugs. She has given a lot for me. And our relationship only now has gotten better.

I am not prepared for this to happen. I am going to lose one of the only two family members I talk to anymore. I am getting so close to deciding to drink my worries away and become an alcoholic again. Idk what to do.

Posting here may be very slow for a while, if at all, while I work on life.

Update (2/2/24)

Trigger warning for the above + eating disorders, self harm, and all sorts of verbal abuse.

TL,DR is that I am not going to be making as many posts for a while since I am dealing with a huge mental breakdown.

So thankfully, my mom called me this morning. They are running tests on her to find out exact issues and treatments, but the current likelihood is thyroid cancer, which if it is, is separate from her lung cancer and easier to treat.

However, during the call, I learned a lot of my life was a lie and am now trying to pick up the shattered pieces of my life while also doing college and trying to move back to my home state in the southwest US.

The friend who moved me to where I currently am has been abusing me for almost a year now and it's gotten to the point that my health is suffering. I am having to fight alcoholism again and I almost became bulimic again due to my ex friend's forced diets and body shaming. I am in an incredibly bad place mentally and am getting close to having to hospitalize myself.

I will stay alive, but posts here may not be very frequent for a while. I am having to sort things out mentally and try to move on with life.
