She had half a mind to get up and leave the moment he sat down but honestly it would be waste of a sinfully good drink. She could ignore him, like she did everyone who asked her stupid questions like this. But even Scarlet could realize she had to remain tactful. She didn’t have her gun with her and this man always had his no matter where he went. |

“So this is where you rats come to cluster.” She muttered sharply to herself rolling her eyes again - staring straight forward away from the brute for a few moments. he seemed to be waiting for her answer though.

“Why? Why does a fish swim? Why does a dog bark? Because its only natural. It gives me the power and money to do what ever the hell I want to. A better question is why you seem to be the only person here who doesn’t get that.”

The woman’s words proved this new non violent approach wasn’t going to be easy. However, he decided to stick around see it through and see where it may lead.

Why does a dog bark? His response in his head was when did female dogs start visiting their bar - but he digressed.“ Power and money ain’t gonna mean shit without a planet. Would think someone as ‘smart’ as you supposed to be might know that.” He took a sip of his beer and sighed.

While she most likely had very little she cared about outside of power and riches, he had a daughter to protect.“ I understand things better than most, but go ahead and keep underestimating me and my people. In the end the only one gonna be with nothin’ is you.” President Shinra and Shinra was gonna burn.

She glanced towards the barmaid briefly then around the bar itself. “So this is where you mongrels like to gather hmn?” She chuckled to herself shaking her head. While not a complete change of subject perhaps a concerning one. “You could do far worse I suppose. But tell me something -” Turning in her seat to fully face him now, empty glass on the table. “Whats to stop me from reporting you?” Crossing her legs leaning forward a bit to rest her sharp-nailed fingertip at the end of the gun at his arm. “You?”

She came here to relax, to put work out of mind for a time at least, to put the idiots and the fools that she had to deal with every day aside and enjoy a drink. She hated coming down to these…lower end bars, but it was the one place she could go where she could count on not running into someone she worked with who’d be slobbering over her. The last thing Scarlet expected to run into was the gun-armed head of AVALANCHE.

“…” She looked to him rolling her eyes, turning her attention back to her drink. “What does it look like?” She scoffed “I’m having a drink.”

Scarlet didn’t acknowledge him beyond that, not for now. She should. He was the enemy, she should be stomping him out right here and now but…

“I’m off the clock, why don’t you go bother someone else?” She’d give him this one chance. @reppin-avalanche​

Barret hated Shinra and everything associated with it. It’s civilians, it’s soldiers, everything, and this woman unapologetically served them. She had the nerve to come their bar and indulge herself as if she had nothing to fear. AVALANCHE was to be feared.

The gunman spotted the woman from the cameras below the bar and proceeded to confront her. He could’ve emptied a stampede of bullets inside of her before she could’ve reacted. They thought him a terrorist, right? That’s what a terroist would do. But Barret Wallace, while extreme, had morals.

She didn’t seem to be intimidated as he stood in front of her, every once of his imposing frame and gruff expression did little.

In a surprising twist of events he decided to play devils advocate.“ ‘Cause I need to ask ya’ somethin’,” he took a seat beside her.“ Her next one’s on me, Teef.” He informed the barmaid.

“Tell me why you work for them.” Opting to hear hear her side rather than driving head first in violence.

Physical and Mental Health Headcanons

Physical: All and all physically Scarlet is relatively in good health. While not a health nut by any definition her ‘perfect’ body doesn’t maintain itself either. Regular rest and strict diets are essential to her and if you disrupt either of these  in any way you’re in for a bad time. She does however suffer from severe allergies, which is common to people who were born and lived only on the upper plate. The air is so clean, and pollen free that the moment she goes anywhere else she instantly can feel the effects of the ‘filth’ in the air. 

Mental: Scarlet has a very domineering personality, that mostly stems from her being ‘a woman in a man’s world’ as it were. She feels the need to prove that she deserves her place here and anyone that questions it will surely earn her ire. She refuses to be shoved around by anyone, least of all any man. She does have a sadistic streak to her that stems back all the way through her childhood. It never reached ‘killing small animals’ level of sadism (she seemed to skip that phase and go straight into ‘willing to slaughter a village to prove a point’) but she has always been one to laugh at other people’s pain and misfortune. Likewise she was never above causing said torment to a person for her own amusement, especially if said person underestimated her for any reason at all.

Scarlet is very classic in her definition of beauty. As far as feminine beauty she is the very pinnacle of it, as far as men she wants her man strong but clean. Angeal would be the best example that comes to mind, a shame he had such an overly strong morale compass he had promise.

She'll stand up for her own self. Unless it benefits her in someway shape or form she doesn't really give a damn about it.

My thoughts and feelings on someone? Well thats going to vastly depend on who you're talking about dear. If you mean any of those buffoons that I work with they're all imbeciles that are getting paid far more then their actually worth.
