We’re going to be bringing more looks into the “Wonders of WAMM” later this week, maybe tomorrow. We’ve props and more costume pieces to show you. Plus, more (and festive) writing will be coming your way soon!
Today in “Wonders of WAMM” (I like how dramatic that sounds) I’m modelling a piece of costume, but does it belong to Chris or Stuart?
Send us a message, let us know. We’d like to know your thoughts on yesterday’s too!
This is your first insight to the wonders of WAMM concealed in my room, mostly because these 3 shirts have just arrived in the post.
Can you guess who they each belong to? Chris or Stuart?
Happy New Year!
Hello, dear dear people of the Internet,
What a year it has been. It doesn’t look like much to you, but inside my poor brain, it has been a battlefield. I’m not going to lie, living in London and having a world set in Cardiff doesn’t make things easy and many people have suggested I move it all to London, near me. Some people have suggested that I adapt it into a tv pilot and try and seek real money. Others, they just give me that knowing half smile and go away thinking that it’ll never happen.
I am, if nothing else, very stubborn. This year and the year before have been awful. I’ve had horrendous setbacks and problems with anxiety and it’s only now, that I feel at all myself again.
Sometimes, it’s best to take a step back and breathe and whilst I haven’t wanted to do that with WAMM, it’s what has happened.
The good news is that I am in a full behind the scenes frame of mind and I’m trying my best to keep it focused on WAMM, not a few other film projects I have with some people a lot closer to home. (Two filmed (One almost completely edited and the other about to be reembarked on by a new editor), One partially filmed and the other is firmly in preproduction and in search of film funding in London.) It’s a busy yet quiet time and so I’m firmly looking forward to revamping the website (with a little help), launching a couple of small competitions and finally getting on top of the technical issues that have prevented us from showing you the pilot. Something very overdue and grates on me every day.
As for the prequel, we’ve had one week of failing to film and setting our sights on 2016. I currently have term time commitments, so the Christmas holidays have been a sigh of relief, yet this commitment hasn’t aided film planning.
There’s much to do and much to say and I keep wanting to talk to you all properly, so I shall, hopefully over the next several days.
I hope you all enjoyed (or enjoy) the new Sherlock special tonight, I know I did. Though excitement far exceeded my current capacity to think. I’d love to know what you think, discussion of Sherlock Holmes Universe in any form is most welcome on this blog!
Happy New Year everyone, let’s make this year simply incredible!
All my love, Becca
Writer, Director and many other things.
Ps if you want to get involved in anyway, we’d love to hear from you. We’ve lots of plans and they aren’t all based in Cardiff! A few of them are purely online.

Hi guys, don’t worry, we're still here!
We’ve just had a little turbulence along the way, so, starting with the Advent Calendar next month like usual, we shall be back on track.
We tried to start filming the Prequel, but it’s currently super hard to line up any/all of our schedules, so once the Christmas season is over, everything should settle down and hit full speed ahead! I’ll talk to you more soon, promise.
The good news for contributors is that I’ve recently had the limited edition “We Are MorMor” engraved bullet made, (that was part of the prize package) so soon, that’ll be on its way to one of you. Future competitions will include more, but currently only 2 exist!
So, I promise to speak to you soon, I’ve been meaning to do another video so that I can actually talk to you guys, but I promise, this project is very much still happening!

Delivered today!
One for our writer, one for a contributor and two for our actors. Except our writer might be up for giving hers up as a competition prize..
Anyone interested?

“Why are you guys so quiet? Do you have nothing to say?”
Yeah, sorry about that… The problem is, a lot of filmmaking is waiting for time to pass to get to where you’re suddenly going crazy with a million things. The problem with having the time in between where you’re waiting for the crazy busy bit, is that you find crazy other bits to fill in the gaps.. Then any time that isn’t creatively filled is either feeling utterly exhausted or actually being asleep, so we’re all really sorry for being quiet!
If you’re ever curious about our silence, feel free to drop us a message… Anon is always on..
The good news is that we have a couple of small updates…
1: We Are MorMor: The Pilot is now on IMDb.
2: The first edit of The Pilot has been viewed by the Director and the little list of edits is being worked on by our wonderful editor. So, fingers crossed, you’ll be seeing it within the next couple of weeks! More on that as soon asI know more!
As always, we’d like to thank you for your continued support and we hope to update you very soon. We’ll also post a chapter this week, but we’re almost out and this makes us sad… Stay tuned! <3
We’ve now seen the second edit and there are just a couple of minor tweaks before you can see it too!

We Are MorMor: The Pilot is coming soon!
Every time that I get a little disheartened that almost no-one is liking or reblogging wearemormor posts, I have to remind myself that you guys haven’t read the scripts… You haven’t heard me prattle on in excited glee about my future plans laced with spoilers. You haven’t read the private backstories to the characters. You don’t get an inner monologue from an impatient Chris Moriarty. You don’t smirk when you see a pineapple. WAMM said outloud probably makes you think of the band. You haven’t thought about it every single day for the last year and a half. You haven’t spent hours pouring over the writing. You weren’t part of the struggle as I wrote episode 4 through tears. You weren’t there when I had to go back in time and find the beginning. You weren’t there through the casting. You weren’t there the days my editor had to keep me sane through my worry. You weren’t there the day that I sat down to think up some backstories to let the actors read and it all fell out of my head onto the page without any trouble. You haven’t actually seen the boys like I have. You haven’t felt their pangs of loneliness as you think of Cardiff bay.
There’s so much that I’ve already been through to get to this point. So many hours that I’ve put in. So much of me that I’ve committed to WAMM.
Every single follow is like a new star in the big black sky. Every like a twinkle. Every reblog a shooting star.
In short, everyone that supports us, despite knowing or having seen next to nothing about this crazy universe, is incredible.
You are amazing.
This was written a while ago, but it still holds true. You are all amazing for staying with us, despite how long it takes to produce everything. We treasure you all.
