Aki nodded, equally fascinated by his story but trying to play it off like she wasn't. She’d always liked snow, or the idea of it at least. Marcello probably lived in constant snow, how lucky. ”That’s a cute story.” She said monotonously with a completely straight face. “Cryo-ursas, eh? Those sound awesome! The only grimm we ever got were tiny Taijitsu and little badger things that you could get rid of with a kick.” Aki sighed and opened the broad doorway in front of them.
He didn’t mind how disinterested she sounded. But he figured he should probably tone it down a bit, then. He didn’t want to bore her away or anything with silly tales about home. “Taijitsu?” He perked up as he tested the word on his tongue. “And I guess with Grimm like that, it’s one less job for us hunters…”
"Is that your bag?" Aki practically interrupted Marcello's sentence. She pointed to a darkish bag that looked vaguely similar to hers sitting on a staircase on the other side of the hall they had just walked into. She slyly glances at his crotch after a few seconds when she's sure he's looking for the bag she had just pointed out. She mumbled a vague approval and moved her head a little to the side to get a better view. Aki, shameless as always.
