As we approach the end of the year, we wanted to include you in a tradition of ours. We usually put together a t-shirt for our staff and crew commemorating all the shows we worked on together, honoring the long hours and great gigs. We’ve seen a lot of creativity from music fans and wanted to enlist your talent in our commemorative tee.

We’re looking for a music-loving intern for this Fall to assist with the social media channels for The Studio and Marlin Room. The ideal candidate should stay on top of digital and music trends as well as have an in-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc). You will be tasked with helping create a unique online personality for each room. You will work closely with the booking and marketing offices at Webster Hall. If you live and breathe the internet, this might be your thing.
Responsibilities
Curating content across multiple channels for The Studio and Marlin Room at Webster Hall (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
Monitoring engagement & responding to all inquiries to these channels
Working with the Webster Hall marketing team to make sure all shows are represented
Covering live shows on social media
Weekly analytics reports to gauge the growth and engagement of all channels
Time commitment: 2-3 days in the office per week, must monitor social media daily
Requirements
Photoshop and/or Illustrator, iMovie
Knowledge of social scheduling applications (Tweetdeck, Buffer, etc)
Must be enrolled at an accredited college or university

Photography (DSLR)
Videography
Previous experience running a brand’s social media
Previous experience working in the music industry
