I’ve included the ones that have the least work in the back, though all the tutorials that aren’t consequence ties can potentially be done by one person (depending on flexibility)
Fishbone Bodysuit Tutorial ★ Photoset
this one looks complex, but the main weaving is in the “spine” part, which can be done ahead of time.

all the weaving work is in the front, and if you prefer sitting this one can also be done on the legs (just do the wraps around the thighs and anchor the top lines around the waist rather than behind the neck)

only one knot in the back, at the very end- and it’s just an overhand (‘shoelace knot’)
