“Well I find that Juno is the most annoying thing I’ve ever came in contact with. So I suppose you are my children.” She teased again and ruffled of the blonde’s hair. “Alright, then I’m assuming you have all of your things together? I’ll contact my driver and we can get on our way.” Emily said beginning tonwalk back to her desk to grab her phone. “Oh darlings. Your mother is asleep in the room next door, would one of you wake her?”

“Hey, she’s not that bad!” Ingrid laughed, batting at her mothers hands playfully when her hair was ruffled “Oh yeah, we have it in the back of the car, you know one of the ones you bought us?” The triplets said in unison again. “I’m already up” Rhiannon reassured as she came into the room, giving a little stretch and making a yawning noise, a little like a dinosaur.

Emily couldn’t help but bashfully smile when Ella spoke. “Erm… It was.. just for business darling.” She chuckled lightly. “You can stay at the palace for now. I’m sure Dawn would love to see you. And your mother as well.”

“Oh yeah, business....” Ereline scoffed, shaking her head “I don’t know what kinda business arrangement goes like you two...” The eldest triplet teased. “That’s good, because Aunt Juno is driving us all nuts and we could really use a bigger room without her crazy little assistant appearing every ten minutes...”

“Well your mother has married Aunt Dawn to join our “kingdoms” together. So I have to behave, for Dawn.” Emily said clearing her throat. Emily rubbed the back of her neck at the mention of Arianna. “With me of course. You act like your mother isn’t sitting on top of an entire bank.” She smirked.

“Hey!” they giggled, before they pulled back and smiled up at her. “We never behave, we’re too much like you, mom. But we’ve not been completely chaotic” Ereline said simply, speaking for the collective.

The fairies jumped and all seemed to squeal in unison before they jumped and hugged their mother tightly “We missed you!” the all spoke in sync, muffled against the vampire.

“Have you seen our mom? She’s this tiny little vampire, wears armour, has a thing about frogs” Ereline teased, speaking for the three as she so often did. “Can frown like the back end of an ox...” Ella added, this making Ingrid grin. The three then all smiling brightly at Emily.

“No, I know you...You’re forcing a smile...You do this, Arianna does the same” The fairy sighed “You gotta remember that fairies know emotions...” she pointed out, but smirking when her nose was booped.

“I see.” She sighed pulling her daughter on her lap and cupping her cheek gently. “My sweet girl.” She sighed.

Ingrid smiled and cupped her mothers cheeks “Oh mom, I hate seeing you so sad...Makes my light fade.”

“No my darling I am not.” She whispered and looked to her blonde with sad eyes. “Why aren’t you going with your sisters?”

“I don’t know...Mom called it...Guilt...Or maybe it was empathy?” Ingrid murmured, climbing on her mothers lap, looking at her.

“Yes.. go.” Emily repeated and waved them off. “Just be home before dawn.” She said quietly and closed her eyes leaning back against her chair.

Ereline and Ella ran off immediately, but as usual Ingrid was left “Mom...” she whispered “You’re not okay”

“Go then.” Emily said simply and walked away from her triplets to sit down and slip a cigarette in her mouth. “Just be home before dawn…”

“They’re fine. Really. I give them pepper spray and vampire spray too. But they enjoy it, I think if I kept them home schooled they’d go mad.” She said softly and sighed. “They will be protected, they are princes…” she said playing with Leo’s hair.

Eleanor nodded, looking to the window and watching as the three fairies helped each other out of the window of their room, all dressed up in party clothes. “Well, I think you’d be more likely to go mad before them...” The witch pointed out, Arianna now hanging out of the window and holding onto one of the fairies dragging her back in, obviously shouting at her. Eleanor was sure to keep Emily distracted “Oh! Princes huh?”

Emily turned to her other girls. “What what’s with the look. The two of you gave up you’re training so I’m not putting a dangerous weapon in your hand.” She simply said. But she sighed and rolled her eyes and handed her girl’s matching butterfly knives. “However I at least expect you to master this okay?” She told them then put her hand on Ingrid’s head.

Teddy leaned down and nudged at her tiny daughter and began to clean her with her giant tongue.

When the two fairies were handed butterfly knives they looked confused, Ingrid smirked and leaned against Emily as she spoke to the other two fairies “Like uh...aren’t these the fancy twirly ones?” Ella wondered, but smiled at it. Ingrid giggling when Emily placed a hand on her head. Robin made little noises and began to try and crawl away when Teddy cleaned her, the pup yapping at her fur being mussed up. Joan giving a little laugh at her granddaughter trying to now fend off Teddy’s tongue.
