マカロニクリームグラタン

Yummyさんの料理教室で習ったマカロニクリームグラタンですが、先ずはホワイトソースです。これがめっちゃ美味しいです。作る時はゆっくり混ぜてて思うように変わってかなかったのだけど、速くかき混ぜ始めたら、あっという間にシャバシャバな液体からクリーム状に変化しました。ダマも無いし、何よりも美味しいのが嬉しいです。
グラタンだけだとあまりに彩りが無いから、と言う事で家内がスナップえんどうを加えてくれました。これもまた美味しかったです。

ヤミーさんに習ったブータン料理です。とっても美味しいです。エマダツィは唐辛子を使うのが本式らしいけど、辛いので甘唐辛子という物を使いました。美味しいのでまた作りたいけれど材料の調達が大変かな、と思い、唐辛子じゃないバージョンを探してみました。

これ見ると基本唐辛子をジャガイモに置き換えるだけでおいしそうです。

新型コロナの脅威からe-workへ移行して、ずっとこのままかと思ったら、また通勤することになった。そこで以前の週一自作弁当を復活させることにしました。
今回はコロネーションチキンに茸の炒め物です。更に家内が青菜も加わてくれました。感謝です。
コロネーションチキン、冷める前はパッとしないなぁと思ってたのですが、お弁当にしたらびっくりするくらい美味しい。味が馴染んだからなのかな。こちらのレシピはヤミーさんのレッスン78.イギリス料理にあったものです。

Since my wife had been sick, I had abandoned to make lunchbox because it had been hard to go for shopping to have ingredients. But she had bought pork, and lotusroots although she had been sick. Then I cooked stewed ginger pork and lotus roots. They were very delicious, and I could enjoy this lunch very much. I am really grateful for my wife.
This lunch box included fried puprika, and stewed radish, and pork with Yuzu pepper sauce. Yuzu pepper sauce is Kushu's local sauce, and has fresh fragrant and chilly taste. They were very delicious. I found good receipe collections for stewed dishes. and I borrowed receipe book at a library. And I followed one of receipes in the book. Then I enjo this lunch very much at new office.

Riz Gras
Riz Gras was Burkina Faso's food, and a simple fried rice. It was easy to cook, and tasty. I enjoyed this lunch very much.
This lunch box included Takutaku, fried puprica, and boiled egg on rice. Takutaku was Peruvian dish, and beans rice. It was very delicious. I enjoyed this lunch very much.

I saw the site of 'NHK today's dish', and decided which dishes I cooked for my lunch box. The former was based on Sachiko Seo's Receipe. The latter was based on Nahomi Edamoto's Receipe. They were delicious, and I enjoyed this lunch very much.
This lunch included fried zucchini, deep fried mushroom, and butter chili chicken. These dishes were also cooked folled by receipe book which was borrowed from the library by my wife. Chili chicken's sauce was very tasty, and made from, butter, garlic, tomato cetup, and tabasco. Deep fried mushroom was also very tasty. I enjoyed this lunch very much.
This lunch box included fried zucchini, stewed mushrooms with soy sauce, and non-fried pork cottlet on rice. I wanted to make mushrooms dish like Name take, but this was not similar to it. Anyway, my wife borrowed a rwceipe book, and I found interesting rwceipes in the book. I tried non-fried pork cottlet. After fring pork. mayo was spreaded on pork. Then roasted bread powders were put on the pork. Although this pork was not fried deeply,
This lunchbox included fried chicken, puplica, and zuchini. Fried chicken was south American style due to receipe book. Perhaps south American fried chicken uses puplicapowder. They were delicious, and I enjoyed this lunch very much.
This lunch box included Soured zuchini, and lotus roots, minced chicken, and scramble egg. Soured zuchini, and lotusroots were delicious, and I cooked it again although I had cooked last week. Minced chicken was also very tasty. I enjoyed this lunch very much.
This lunchbox included soured zuchini, and lotus roots, and Taiwanese boiled chicken with sweet and salty sauce called Zierofun. To tell the truth, I don't have Zierofun. Therefore I don't know my Zierofun was right even if I cooked it followed by receipe book of Taiwanese cuisines. Soured zuchini, and lotus roots was arranged from Yummy's receipe. Her original receipe was using eggplant. Both were also delicious, and I enjoyed this lunch very much.
This lunchbox included fried puprica, stewed pumpkin, boiled egg, and Taiwanese stewed sweet and salty minced pork called Rurofan. My wife cooked stewed pumpkin for Halloween, and it was very tasty. Of cource, Rurofan was very tasty because minced pork was very rough. I enjoyed this lunch very much.
This lunch box included deep fried chicken, fried nushrooms, and bouled egg on rice. I tried to use few oil to fry chicken, but chicken poured oil, and the amount of oil was increased. I enjoyed this lu box very much.
This lunch box included fried zucchini, fried puplika, and Taiwanese stewed pork with sweet soy sauce. This pork dish is called Rurofan. I used receipe written by Nanako Hoshino. This dish was sweet, but we loved it because it was dasy to cook, and delicious. Then I enjoyed this lunch very much.
This lunch box included pork pikata, ginger pork, fried zuchini, and fried mushrooms on rice. Although egg's serface was too thin, it was tasty, too. Others were also delicious, and I enjoyed this lunch very much.
