“Waves” is a small town mystery set in a retro space city. It takes place over the last three days of the school year and follows a group of teenage friends who, when two students go missing, start to uncover the secret past and troubled future of their home town. The story explores the lost ideals of the future in a dream of the past that never was. The tension between the new generation and the old, between looking forward and looking backward, is the dramatic soul of the story.

I did a few shots on that cool project with the always great Golden Wolf!

The setting is in the middle of attack in Rhinestone Eyes music video, before Massive Dick chomped 2D’s part of basement room and they all got separated -of course with many of my personal interpretation and changes. Largely inspired by His Music, a very awesome 2Doc multi-chapter fic here.

Murdoc’s description of 2D is canon, that’s how he described 2D after the accident in iTunes Session interview :’)
