So, I had Louden Swain sign my art book, totally nervous to even think about giving them a copy of it. Rob immediately starts to flip through it and really looks at it. He says, “this is awesome! I love this!” So I asked if I could give him a copy and he says, “hell yes!” Billy was impressed, as was Mike. Stephen was too busy talking to my son about Lucky to even look. 😂 So, yeah. Swain now has a copy of all the lyric pieces I’ve done and I am crying! 😭

YAY SPNLV!!! I thanked Jensen for Stronger than Storms since my parents lost nearly everything in Harvey and he asked if they were okay and I said yes, because they are rebuilding. It is a process and are they perfect? Nope, because how can you be when your life is destroyed in a day a storm? But they are strong and moving forward and getting better all the time.

I asked Richard Speight Jr to be a rockstar with me and I guess that was confusing? Or he’s not a rock star? I disagree though since his version of Copperhead Road is AWESOME.

Lady Sheriffs are always rockstars. FUCK YOU I EAT GLASS!!

Finally, there was BABY!! I look pretty awesome in the driver’s seat! @ltleflrt​ and @jupiterjames​ are both awesome, amazing people!

and for really random:

I was chatting with my cab driver on my way to the Bellagio to see Cirque Du Soleil’s O and asked what he did before he retired to Vegas and he said he was a musician. Well, I like music, so I asked if I might’ve heard of his band and he said only if I am into classic rock. WEEEeeeell, I am into classic rock.

So he says “I was the singer in Iron Butterfly.”

I IMMEDIATELY responded with “In-a-Gadda-da-Vida” and surprised the hell out of him! I got his autograph, too.

Cirque du Soleil was fabulous too and I wish I had started aerial much earlier so I could have a shot at it. As it is, I can do my best and buy show tickets :)

My friend Holli was uncomfortable with possibly forcing Misha to do a pose he didn’t want to do, so I was more than happy to do something else. Little did I know her and Misha played me like a violin. In the few seconds it took for me to walk up and greet them, they had apparently communicated such plans to Jensen, who grabbed my offered hand, spun me around like I don’t weigh twice as much as he does, and crushed me to his chest. I’m oddly okay with it.

For everyone out there who couldn’t tell from the previous story, I love Jensen and can’t always keep my cool around him. I think I did better than last time if the definition of better is “didn’t hyperventilate but made a fool of self instead.” 

So autographs for J2 were being called for Gold Rows row by row. “Row A go to Jared’s line then go to Jensen.” “Row B go to Jared then go to Jensen.” Then a curve ball came. “Row C go to Jensen then go to Jared.” I was row M so I had awhile but I immediately thought, “Fuck. If they send me to Jensen first I’m going to be a mess.” Guess where I got sent first? Yep! Jensen. 

So we get called and I get to the line while my heart is pounding and my hands are shaking and I’m taking my picture from 2 years ago out of it’s frame to be signed. My mind at this point seemed to be melting or something. 

I passed my picture to the two volunteers who have to take it before giving it to Jensen and they both go, “This is an awesome picture!” and I’m shaking and trying to hold myself together because Jensen Ackles is right fucking there. So I say thanks and move down the line to stand in front of Jensen as he’s passed my picture. 

I don’t know why the things that come out of my mouth do when I’m around him. The first thing I say is, “We sure changed our hair fast.” Because in the picture my hair is pink and right now my hair is brown and blonde. I cringed at myself but he didn’t notice. He looked at the picture and goes, “NAILED IT!” He did the fist pump thingy that one does. Then fatality. He looked up with those fanfiction green eyes, the piercing green that can take anyone’s breath away and he smiled. He smiled an award winning smile. I was gone. He handed me my picture with that smile and direct eye contact and I curtsied. That’s right. I fucking curtsied. I curtsied and squeaked, “Thank you!” and ran as fast as I could away which is not very fast because after so many knee surgeries, I no longer have the ability to run. 

I curtsied? WHO DOES THAT? I can’t BELIEVE I fucking curtsied.

//THIS HAPPENED AT SPN VEGAS CON 2018!!!!

My partner @angelbootyandpie was cosplaying Cowboy Dean Winchester, I was cosplaying Cowboy Sam Winchester, and we were in line to get Jared Padalecki’s autograph.

When we got to Jared’s table, he complimented our cosplays (which was so flattering!), then looked at the photo he was asked to sign.  He looked back at us, then the photo again, us, then the photo, then looked at my partner and said “Do you have your phone?” a bit surprised Cowboy Dean responded with “What?”  So, Jared said “Your phone, let me see your phone.”

His phone was handed over, not really sure what he was wanting to do, but then Jared held it up and took selfie with us!!! We were (and still are) both beyond flattered, surprised, grateful, and amazed. It was especially mood boosting and meaningful after a disappointing issue earlier in the day where a photo op was messed up. And this beautiful and amazing man, with one seemingly small gesture, did something that will last in our hearts and memories forever <3

Thank you Jared, for continuing to be the perfect soul you are. This means more to us than we will ever be able to tell you.

My Jensen Photo Op Experience @ HousCon 2017!

So for my Jensen photo op, I wanted to recreate the BTS scene shot from 11x04 “Baby” when Jensen is flexing with Jared in the back staring at it.

I went up to him, and he said, “Hey!” All excited while patting me on the back. “How are you doing?” (He still remembers me. I’m still dead.)  I said I was doing good and asked how he was doing. He said he was doing good too.

I told him there was that picture of him flexing with Jared in the back staring at it, so I asked if he could flex for me and act all smug and smirky while I pretended to be Jared. He went for the pose, already flexing, and I go stand behind him making the surprised face. However, Chris told me that I was too much in the shadows and couldn’t see my face well, so initially I thought I would have to go for a new pose since Jensen started to put his arm down. Then suddenly, I have both Chris making a forward motion hand gesture and Jensen saying, “Why don’t you come up right here?” So I move closer, and here’s me, literally hovering behind Jensen’s back, my hand on his shoulder, his bicep literally next to my face, and I just awkwardly tilted my head down to give some semblance of me staring at it because I was so close! (It was very thick. *sweats*)

This earned some wows and cheers from the audience. I think I heard someone say, “Oh my god!” when we were posing. We both chuckled, and I thanked him before giving Chris a high-five as I was leaving.

And apparently, after talking to one of the IMAlive volunteers, my op was known around HousCon as the op of the guy BITING Jensen’s bicep. Super embarrassing! It wasn’t my intention (consciously), but I love how it turned out!  Jensen smirk kills me in this op, and he continually kills me every time I see him.
