Mulberry paper-making, Chiang Mai Province, Thailand, July 5, 2015
This lovely commercial for University of Iowa Center for the Book ( @uicb ), features paper making, calligraphy, medieval manuscripts, and you can even spot Greg Prickman, head of Special Collections. .
(If you remember the quill cutting from Episode 4 of If Books Could Talk, you can catch Heather Bain’s calligraphy work again right at the end of the video, and in the thumbnail!).
The commercial will air on the Big Ten Network during basketball games.
