My Worst Enemy

Fresh meat Roller derby girl here with advice. Get away from the bar; staying next to the grab bar has been nothing but trouble! The source of my biggest derby kiss is from gripping the bar with my entire arm when falling down on my ass. I know to "pick a cheek" to fall on if im going down that way, which really sucks. Get away from the rail and fall on your knees! So much less painful!!!
