could y’all do me a favor? could you tell me your favorite sanders side? just take a second and pop into the notes, or reblog if you’re feeling spicy, and just give me the name of your favoritr side. no explanation or anything needed, i’m just incredibly curious. you definitely don’t have to, but if you can it’s be great!
My favorite side if I had to choose would be Roman, I know you said you don't need to give an explanation but I insist upon it. My favorite side is Roman, as much as he is Thomas's more "good" creativity or Netflix kids and family (the b×tchmas thing does not cut that and the chocolate fondue scene-) and also Thomas's ego and his hopes and dreams and happens to be the more romantic put out there side who has a on and off relationship with Virgil who loves to give him nicknames. I love Roman's character development, he has one of the most Character development out of almost everyone you know besides Virge and the others-
Roman's display of insecurities and possibly foreshadowing scenes is what breaks me with his character, like for example when Virgil says "Your making a mistake!" And he replies with "And if I am I'll add it to the list!" He really shows how much the sides have broken him down since the beginning and Thomas as well with him not being Thomas's hero and Patton siding in which in his eyes is the villain that maybe implying that in the past Roman was taught the customs of the dark sides being the villains and the light sides more of the heros, but the starting of his rivalry and strong dislike of his twin brother Remus still remains unknown. Roman has a lot of potential for character development but his character can go backwards in seconds who knows a well known theory is the side called Pride in which is Roman's dark side so if Roman became a villain. Roman can turn bad, or go against the others which could maybe let them see what they have caused since the start or they can break apart under the stress and pressure and more worrying on the side affects of thomas like usual. Roman is a mystery and what I consider a "broken Prince" he really needs to hold someone's hand through this and I have a feeling it may be Virgil or the story might take a twist of Roman going to Remus. He's the Prince, one of the underrated characters. Most people don't like him because of his ego and his actions with Janus and past actions with Virgil in which Roman's job is to be Thomas's ego and the sides pushed him farther away from them he felt like his ideas would never impress like they were never good enough then he says he has a realization which can be a very big foreshadowing hint probably everything going into turmoil.
Roman was my favorite side from the start to the point seeing him in pain made me cry and feel in pain, Roman is a really misunderstood character and some Don't look into his background the mysterious backstory of Roman can be flidded with until the series continues we can theorize a lot with him because of clear or hidden hints and be able to experiment with his character. We see his flaws but don't ask why he does these things or just what made him this way but if I was treated that way by the sides and pushed away like I meant Nothing I would do the same.
Sorry for the rant-
But Roman's my favorite as said XD and you get a whole explanation and more-
