THIS IS AN UPDATE FOR MY PERSONAL THEORY ABOUT EDDIE AND FRANK
PLEASE CLICK 'KEEP READING' TO SEE IT
I feel like my Vampire Wally AU may have some merit in the canon now. But instead of Wally being the 'vampire', Eddie Dear is.
I had talked about this with others on that video, but I forgot to grab screenshots so just go to the comments on that video and you may come across my responses to a few people (my username on there is PoisonViceMaster).
Here is my evidence for my theory:
Frank is basically confirmed to be a human in disguise at this point. We have the evidence from Clown's old art, showing Frank with real hands and many 'replacement' heads around them while they hold a letter. Whether this is actual evidence or not is up for debate, but the focus on Frank is increasing a lot so it's highly possible the others suspect they're a fake.
The costumes of Frank and Eddie could possibly parallel one another - Frank is the 'frankenstein monster' because they cover up their body with puppet parts (an allegory for them trying to hide their identity as a human), and Eddie would be the 'vampire'. It could be solely symbolic of whatever Eddie could really be (puppet, monster, or both), but the point is the parallels between the two's costumes.
Eddie would fit as the vampire because of pure convenience. He is the town's mailman, so he could just go to someone's house and say he has a 'package' then attack them. He also has poor memory, and he's the only character who has no confirmed place of origin like the others. Whether he is lying or not about his poor memory is up for debate, personally I don't think he is because it is consistent enough for him that if he were lying he'd have to be much smarter than Frank.
In vampire lore, they are ALWAYS attracted to humans in some shape or form. And we know Frank and Eddie are (or will be?) in a relationship so it would make perfect sense for the 'vampire' to be attracted to the only human in the entire town. There is also the lore of Lillith from the bible - she was Adam's first wife (before Eve), and she was kicked out of the garden for 'disobeying god'. She then became the queen of vampires (though in this context she was also a succubus but they are both parasitic type monsters so eh), and started preying on children.
I'm not in any way saying Eddie is attacking kids...but it is VERY ironic that the 'vampire' puppet is on a show for kids. Even if it's symbolic for something and he's not really a vampire, keep in mind we are dealing with a puppet show for kids that supposedly deals with a satanic cult of some kind. And the ARG has a ton of religious symbolism, so vampires would fit right in.
So, my theory is...Eddie and Frank will have a 'Romeo and Juliet' type situation. While Frank tries to communicate through us with the bugs on the site, Eddie is in the background attacking/feeding on the other puppets (and possible staff of the show if there's any left). And at some point, Frank will have to make a choice - do they try to save Eddie and risk getting caught, or will they continue with their little bugs/clues and risk their lover's safety?

The Halloween update gave us some insight on Playfellow Workshop AND the Restoration Team. And as always, I'm here to theorize on that.
Firstly, Sally's "Macabre Menagerie of Monstrous Mischief Making". A menagerie is a place where animals are kept and trained especially for exhibition. Sally tells a story about "visitors" these unknown creatures which wander around the forest at night, hungry and unsatisfied but that's a rare instance.
I feel like Sally's Halloween idea and her story go hand in hand.
The story sounds like a subtle hint towards Playfellow Workshop being power hungry, thus the menagerie. Let's be hypothetical: Pretend the animals are actually the neighbors being KEPT and TRAINED (like a puppeteer working a puppet) for the exhibition or rather the show.
But also, an exhibition is a public display of art. Just like the rooms that the Restoration Team uses to place remnants of the show upon the walls and floors.
What I'm saying is, besides Playfellow Workshop being the antagonists, I heavily believe that the Restoration Team aren't saints either. Only that ONE member I keep referencing, that Wally tries to talk to. Like I said, the black sheep of the team.
The updates (News page) on the website, do you ever notice how odd the WHRP sounds sometimes? They talk as if they're Playfellow Workshop. They are merely the founders of the project, not the company itself but why do they talk like they are? (They're not, but it's still weird)
On February 25th, there was an update as we all know but did you notice this at the end?
So this definitely comes full circle to Sally's Halloween idea. I did make a theory stating if Sally knew she was in a show, she would want the show to go on (even though it didn't) as a puppet, she's powerless in this situation. But that doesn't mean she can't have an opinion on it...
And yes, this makes the question-answerer suspicious.
Because who's spending all their money to invest in a whole museum just for some old children's show remnants that hardly anybody knows of to this day? Opening up a museum, according to research, costs 100k-500k. The question-answerer is rich. I wonder what their previous job was...
In fact, as the question-answerer, why do they have an exhibition role instead of simply working on the website?
And then the narrator telling the story is able to interact with the neighbors AND THE NEIGHBORS CAN HEAR. I was under the impression that it was a silly thing of "creator interacts with the creation" but hearing the way the narrator laughed like that at the end? That was...TOO scary?
Sally also said in her story that you can hear the monster outside but you can't see it. So some of the neighbors can hear beyond their reality, they just can't see what's going on (except Wally to an extent because he has reality-eating eyes)
So, "Sally's Macabre Menagerie of Monstrous Mischief Making"? Nah, how about "Sally's Monster Allegory". Gee thanks for the hints, Sally!
No, Wally ain't wearing a devil costume because he's evil (he has in fact, been brought to slight insanity given his circumstances though)
He's wearing it because it represents how he is quietly defying the authority. And who's the authority? The company and/or puppeteers of Playfellow Workshop. I mean that's what I THINK his costume means.
So at the time of the Halloween video, you see Wally eat with his eyes by biting an apple. Of course in religious context, that as we all know, symbolizes gaining knowledge. So was it on that VERY Halloween that he's gained his eye eating ability? And all other audios and videos we see of him are months AFTER this incident?
We should start thinking about the timelines but that's another topic.
Point is, he's always had an extra sense. And he doesn't eat apples. He just likes to hold them. So the fact he took a bite compliments the "gaining forbidden knowledge" theory. Even though most of the old art with religious themes were taken away, it seems like Clown has decided to incorporate bits and pieces into the new canonical plot.
In the words of Willy Wonka,
"So you're the little devil that cracked the system?" -Probably Playfellow Workshop to Wally before the show abruptly ended.
The revolution cannot be televised after all. But it will be in this current era! No more silencing!
The true devil is the narrator who was cackling like a demon at the end of the narration. A Playfellow Workshop member. I'm rooting for Wally and the WHRP to absolutely annihilate everything Playfellow Workshop stands for once the story is like, 90% completed.
What's hidden in the darkness shall be exposed in the light. Don't forget to wave down below from hell.
The Enigmatic Nature of Wally's Eating Habit: A Deeper Meaning
\Wally eats with his eyes, we know this. That slice of cake Poppy gave him? Yeah, she just handed it to him but it's already gone. Or what about the roasted potatoes Eddie shared with him? He took 7 minutes to eat, but Wally took 0.02 seconds.
I REALLY do not think this is a mere fascinating aspect of his character for us to marvel at. There's something else to it especially since he's the main puppet character with knowledge...or rather the lack thereof.
We're also aware that he likes to stare; to make sure there's a mutual understanding. My theory is, aside from it being literal, it's also a metaphor for his desire to consume and absorb knowledge and discernment.
And that folks, is why he's so determined to communicate with that one special restoration team member, via eyes. Remember what he said about having many eyes, and even drawing them? Wally uses an eye-staring tactic; a psychological warfare strategy to get the apple of his eye to "answer him" which is why it's so intense.
That is the connection. His staring and otherworldly (literally at that) ability to eat with his eyes. These two traits are the key components of his overall desire to receive "answers".
This makes perfect sense, especially when Wally says he can see but cannot *SEE*. He is looking for answers, but hasn't found them yet despite all the eyes he has now.
It's kind of sad, but also part of his character as the stand-in for the (supposedly very young) audience of his show.

The person Wally is talking to is from the Restoration Team, which the rest of the members seem to be against- the person who Wally is communicating with- is the black sheep of the team. You will see that in the hidden page where the passcode is needed. BSPJW is the password by the way.
That is also who Wally is referring to when he says in his new "prank call" audio "Keep working" because this person is the main one working to combine all the clues together while feeling left out by the rest of the Restoration Team.
This one is the apple of Wally's eye, which is why he says he loves them.
This person also seems to be experiencing some illusions, maybe they have sort of an unstable mental state, as you will see in the hidden page, they have spirals drawn on post cards, there are eyes, they're either dreaming or having illusions (caused by Wally?) of Wally sitting on the foot of their bed with a phone because he wants to communicate with them.
That's why all of the audios when you click each bug says "Answer" because Wally wants this person to answer his calls.
All of this is why I don't believe Wally is naive like we think he is. Maybe he was before his awakening, but his current self isn't at all. He's learned to code on computers, he's seemingly casting illusions as a way of communication, he's the only one that's aware his life is fictional which is why all of the audios (when you click on the bugs) ends with each character saying Wally's name in a distorted way.
-Because that's what his predicament is; distortion of life. Unreality if you will, like Clown tags each time he posts about Wally.
On that note, I'd like to end this observation with a small theory. Considering this ONE person from the RT is the one Wally is communicating with, I assume something is wrong with both the team AND Playfellow Workshop.
Wally and Home are crying out for help- for answers. None of them are the villain. I do believe Wally has been driven to slight insanity because of his situation, so he's questionable at best- but these two aren't the villains.
Playfellow Workshop is the problem and the Restoration Team (excluding the person Wally has chosen to talk with) doesn't exactly seem like a reliable source.
So Red is Wally. Then who're the other two red numbers? Home and "You"? The one person in the Restoration Team who communicates with Wally is the one called "You"...or us I guess, since we're the fans analyzing everything.
But there's just one issue.
Home and Wally live together. Err, Wally lives in Home, why would Home even have their own phone number? So now we know the two reds are: Wally and "You".
