This is just a pic with a pile of croc shoes crossed out red with the title “I hate Crocs.” OP posted this in 2008 and never posted anything else, we don’t know anything else about them. OP’s URL is the word hatred and nothing else. For some reason however, their url did not get added a “-blog” suffix that the change in 2016 brought (maybe because this was made in 2008 but still. Sure: it is possible to use your name as a trademark; you may or may not register it, but you can (and in this case had) assign the trademark rights in the name to a business entity and then sell (or otherwise lose control) of that entity). For a notable example, if you're familiar with David's Cookies, the titular David sold the brand in the early 90's and, when he returned to the baked-goods game a few years later, couldn't use his name in the branding.

This (or similar) happens fairly frequently, with both surnames and personal names or nicknames, and I always note it to people planning to use either as their branding. I've had to counsel people who couldn't put their name on their work. This was the only time (in my experience, I'm sure there have been others) the transaction in question was a proposed division of marital assets.
