I've been thinking of making my own "Hell" series. Is the order of the clips in the video important or can they be in any random order?

The order is somewhat important. I try not to have clips from the same scene or that heavily feature the same gem next to each other, and sometimes the juxtaposition of one scene to another can add or detract from the comedy of both. On the other hand, many clips can be put in random order and it will still work mostly okay. It’s one of those things you just kinda have to develop a feel for.
