A security flaw in the widely used Common Application Protocol (CAP) was recently found by a team of researchers from Cisco Systems, Inc. The flaw allows attackers to locate and take control of routers used by telecommunications companies. The NetFlow acquisition was done in January of this year and the software company was acquired by Dell for approximately $55 million.
