On our way to achieving our goals (taking the island), I suggest we keep the boats as a reminder of what we no longer want.
When it comes to our goals and doing the work to achieve them, it isn't the amount of work we do that counts, it's maintaining the habit matters most.
We can either choose to live our life by design, where we decide what and how it looks like, or by default, settling for whatever comes our way.
Our goals this year may be different than the ones we had last year however the formula (6-steps) to achieving them remains the same.
As we close out 2018, there is one time and one time only that I suggest we take some time to look backwards, and that time is right now.
With a new year just days away, it's important we address the major difference between planning for what we need versus what we want.
It's our darkest days, the ones that challenge us to the core, that position us to become who we must be to successfully achieve all it is we want.
Admitting we're wrong isn't easy to do because of these three reasons although it's for these same three reasons we ought to.
When it comes to our goals, dreams, and aspirations... here's a personal story on why I suggest we never take no for an answer.
Labels are often used in an effort to better understand others quickly although in doing so, we miss the opportunity to genuinely connect.
Fear can and will keep us from going down new paths filled with health, happiness, and fulfillment we want for ourselves, but not if we take it one step at a time.
There's times in our lives, either by choice or by one of life's curve balls, where our bravery is tested... times to never be forgotten and always acknowledged.
As I come up on a full year of successfully publishing a podcast episode every day, I reflect back on three elements that helped me to succeed.
Having a bucket list is great although to make sure we actually do the things on the list, I suggest we create a new years bucket list.. here's mine.
How are we suppose to live in the moment when shutting our brains off from thinking, planning, and worrying seems impossible? Here's how.
Failing to plan is planning to fail and I refuse to let you and I fail in 2019, that's why I've created this Health & Happiness Planner to assure our success in the new year ahead.
Figuring out what to do or how to get started on achieving a new goal can be overwhelming.. this practical 5-step guide makes it easy.
