she laughed at Wes wanting to watch. “one, of course you can watch, I’ll have a lounge chair out for you–on moi– and two,” she took a quick sip of her latte, before continuing, her nose scrunched up and lips twisted– “college boys? where there’s college boys there’s frat boys and that’s just no. they have this hard time with keeping it in their pants, even when there’s nothin’ to be proud of down there.” she remarked, setting down her latte for a minute and making the cross with her fingers, before picking up the cold drink again, swirling the straw around idly. “but parks and rec, now that is yes, especially a binge watch. i can’t get over Tom, but i really love April, the bluntness. i live for it.”
wesley nodded in amusement as emira agreed to letting him watch; whether she was kidding or not, he would gladly spend his morning in the girl’s company, laughing at others’ expense. “i mean, he wound up going to scope it out but somehow he managed to get invited to a frat party and i tagged along. it was nice, for what it was worth.” he shrugged nonchalantly. “you know, i didn’t get to go to college parties - so i danced and had a good time.” he took a sip of the coffee, smiling back at emira. “that and friends. ‘cept he’s already seen all of parks & rec so i can watch that without him, and i don’t let him watch friends without me ‘cause i’ve only watched up to season four.”
