How are you?

I’m OK. Constantly in my own head. Inner monologues & dialogues are a bitch sometimes. I wonder if I think too much about things. I wish sometimes I could just live in the moment and enjoy what’s going on. Sometimes I do. I don’t know. This answer is clear scatter brain proof. My mind is weird. If someone says Eagle my mind would go to birds, specifically Toucans. I would then think of toucan sam, the cereal bird. Then I would think of spoons, you know, to eat cereal. So, in a matter of 3 seconds my brain went from eagle to spoon. Idk. Sometimes I just wanna slow down. I wish I could mindlessly enjoy things like everyone else, but then again this is what makes me…me. So I generally embrace it. But…ya…I’m OK. lol.
