Artist Anita Miller returns to the Ohio Statehouse with “Silent Battle,” a sculpture added to the “Eyes of Freedom” memorial to Marines of Lima Company who lost 23 men in the Iraq war. Petunia hanging baskets in Uptown are the best sign of spring of the year. About 250 hanging baskets and 350 flowerpots are spread throughout Westerville, spreading from Uptown to S.
