if i was in charge of time i would make it so that every year has 364 days, 13 months with 28 days each. leap years are every 7 years with a full extra week in them, known as scary week. this would make it so that every month starts on a monday. this solves no problems and probably only makes things worse but it would make the calendar very pleasing to look at.
