Isnt it curious that like, Giorno managed to do that thing of keeping Bruno "alive" a little longer Even though he should have been dead af and how this feels a bit like a reference back to dio's Powers as a vampire?

I was thinking about how special Bruno's character is, he was so remarkable Even diavolo Said he wasnt an ordinary man, being able to keep fighting with a Hole in his body and all, plus being able to Stay temporarily in his body Even though he was alredy dead.

Like who else had the ability to "bring people back from the dead" in the series? Dio.

Sure it wasnt foolproof as those who dio converted could still die under certain circumstances.

Top 5 illumi hair moments

I'm just looking at Illumis that have already been on the blog... I'll do a final ranking at the end!

5. Chapter 36, during the Hunter Exam tournament. We're going to have a lot of scenes with Illumi's hair being symbolic of his smothering presence, and this is one of the best. His hair nicely parallels the dark strands of his aura and really gives a sense of claustrophobia, even though the hair itself is pretty tame.

4. Chapter 37, being yoinked by Gon. We very rarely see him in motion, and his hair gets so delightfully spikey. Looks like Sonic the Hedgehog.

3. Chapter 56, first popularity contest. This might be cheating, but who cares? His hair is normally such straight strands, so seeing the varied weight and texture here is really fun. Gives an indication of what he might look like as a non-oppressive force and/or in moderate humidity.

2. Chapter 326, hunting Killua and Alluka. Having the hair be entirely individual strands, rather than one mass, makes him feel a little hollower than normal. I love that for this scene/arc, where he's operating at the absolute height of "I am not a person, I am a tool", and he's also having to reckon with how much Killua is genuinely pulling away from him. It also nicely compliments the sketchiness around the eyes. Whooo!

Chapter 210, Bisky ruminating on how Illumi damaged Killua. I mean... look at him. Perfectly balances his beauty and his menace. The hair in particular is ethereal but still heavy, working beautifully to highlight Illumi's 'love' as a suffocating force. Mwah.
