Sigh
every time you say "transmascs and transfems" like that encompasses the entire trans community you have to give your local transneutral/transandrogynous person $100
body dysmorphia
"I want to be a dragon."
This is from my old deleted blog
Please listen to this everybody. This is voice of “King of Solitude” Shiv Kumar Batalvi. A poet I admire a lot. This is his poem called Ki Puchde Ho Haal Fakiraan Da (The Conditions of Fakirs).
What a divine voice he had.
No Kavi Samelans (Poem recitations) going on now days. I don’t know where we are heading. Next generation will never know the joy of feeling a poem or seeing a poem live.
Here is the original poem in Punjabi (I have also added English translation)
Ki puchde ho haal fakiran da
Saada nadiyon vichreyan neeran da
Saada hanj di joone aaya da
Saada dil jaleya dilgiran da
Eh jandeya kuj shauk jahe
Rangaan da naam hi tasveeran hai
Jad hadh gaye asi ishqe di
Mul kar baithe tasveeran da
Ki puchde ho haal fakiran da
Sada nadiyon vichreyan neeran da…
Takdeer ta sadi shautan si
Tadbeeran sathon na hoyiyan
Na jhang chutiyan na kanh phaate
Jhundh langh gaya inj heeraan da
Ki puchde ho haal fakiran da
Saada nadiyon vichreyan neeran da…
Sanu lakhaan da tan labh gaya
Par ik da man vi na mileya
Gaya likheya kisse mukkadar si
Hathaan diya chaar lakeeran da
Ki puchde ho haal fakiran da
Saada nadiyon vichreyan neeran da…
Mere geet vi lok suninde ne
Nalle kafir akh sadinde ne
Main dard nu kabba keh baitha
Rabb naam rakh baitha peerhan da
Ki puchde ho haal fakiran da
Sada nadiyon vichreyan neeran da…
English Translation
Why ask about the condition of fakirs like us?
We are water, separated from its river,
Emerged from a tear,
Melancholy, distressed!
Though I knew that pictures are just
A collage of some colors -
When I entered the emporium of love,
I was entranced by them.
Countless bodies did I find,
But not one mind did I meet.
This was written in my fate,
In the four lines of my palm.
My destiny was my rival.
I could never find a way to escape it.
I did not leave Jhang, did not pierce my ears,
And a multitude of Heers walked by.
People listen to my songs
And call me godless.
Because I called my pain kaaba,
And named sorrow my God.
Among intelligent folk,
I have often spoken loudly.
Maybe I was arrogant about my love,
Perhaps I felt I had a claim upon pain!
You call yourself a wise man,
I say I am a lover.
Let us leave it to the people to decide
To whom they will give the esteem of a pir.
This post is from my old deleted blog in tumblr…googled and got it…..I wish I could restore my old blog :(
It is inherently fun and sexy to say statements that swap the traditional genders of pronouns and terms mid-statement, such as: "I'm going to make him my wife" "She's my boyfriend" "Who says a guy can't be a pretty princess?" "That girl's the coolest dude I've ever met" "She's a madman who has to be stopped" "It's not his fault he's a material girl" Gender is a set of watercolors and the prettiest shades come from mixing the paints together.

You agree. You reblog.
let's hear it for the nonbinary folks who:
don't present androgynously
use "binary" pronouns in any capacity
identify partially with a binary gender
have a "gendered" name
don't experience body dysmorphia
don't experience gender dysphoria
DO experience gender dysphoria/body dysmorphia but aren't sure what gender or body would suit them
just experience body/gender apathy instead
can't be open about their gender identity yet
you're all absolutely valid.
don't ever feel like you're "not nonbinary enough" because you absolutely are! 💖
sorry this might just be me, but whenever someone says that trans men are inherently “better” to date than cis men because they’re “more emotionally intelligent, soft, and sensitive”, all that sounds like to me is reducing them to how they were ‘raised or socialized’ as girls/women. but i don’t really know if that’s accurate so…
It's really not. SO many trans men try to emulate red pill masculinity, it's 🙄🙄
Troy for trans rightsss
