Val getting called back to Beacon Hills was one thing, then there was what happened recently (and Hayden’s sure she saw something that night, she keeps getting searching looks while they check into a hotel.) And now the full moon is in 2 days and the normally cool-and-collected teen is wondering if she’s actually going to be able to handle what’s coming next.

So she waits until Val’s left to pull out her phone and text the only other alpha she knows before slipping out of the hotel.

[[ so my official headcanon + 6b/post-series verse for Hayden

is that while she’s off with her sister, there are still werewolves around

and she’s with Valerie when a call comes in that eventually leads them to getting attacked by an alpha

in order to protect her sister, Hayden gets between her and the alpha and ends up killing them to protect val

hence her becoming an alpha herself

at which point she’d either call Scott and Liam/come back to BH, or she’d make her own way (but the first works best for rp) ]]
