This is Lestrade with Holmes and Watson
In every adaptation
Very true, and it's a good story idea, too!
You know, every time I draw something stupid, I think to myself "surely I can't top this!" And then somehow I draw something even dumber
Edit: NOOO NOO WHY IS THIS GETTING NOTES??? STOP IT!! ONLY LIKE 10 PEOPLE WERE SUPPOSED TO SEE THIS AND THEN ID BURY IT UNDER MY REPOSTS NOOO
Lucy Snowes mindset of reason over feeling is mostly due to her being poor. Obviously, itâs also because of low self esteem but Iâd argue itâs 80% because she is broke.
Snowe is a young, âunattractiveâ and stereotypically wise girl. Throughout the novel, she is picking up jobs and working for aristocratic individuals, which leads to her being around plenty of rich people. Unfortunately, being broke and upset about being broke, on top of already working your ass off for upperclass makes you very bitter and depressed. Which is true, throughout the novel, sheâs severely depressed (for a plethora of reasons). Which leads me to believe her mindset to be choosing reason and only doing things she needs to do, is because she believes thatâs how you gain wealth and respect. But, she also constantly doubts her self so maybe sheâs just.. assumed she reached. her limit for life. Maybe this is it. This is what lower class citizens deserved. This is what they think like and how they live. Thatâs so sad đ. Lucy âčïžâčïž.
Madame Bovary is so incredibly beautiful and very interesting! I especially like it because the main woman is not really this perfect victim or a damsel in distress type. I mean, sheâs pretty much taking it into her own account by having that affair. And her on and off feeling toward religion really adds. Sheâs so interesting and very blunt. Sometimes the guilt gets her, sometimes she couldnât care less.
Hear me out but Lucy Snowe lowkey is an ENTP but thatâs gonna have to be a very long explanation
â-so peril, loneliness, an uncertain future, are not oppressive evils, so long as the frame is healthy and the faculties are employed; so long especially, as Liberty lends us her wings. and Hope guides us by her star.â

This reminded me of when Macbeth asked two servants to murder the kings sons and then a third servant randomly appears. And then he did like.. nothing.
Iâm at buccees thinking about how Macbeth was losing it and literally going hysteric over his guilt, yet still attempted to become king. Insane. Love Buccees
No, he hasn't been on a sofa but he's doing it on purpose

RENTAL CAR RENTAL CAR RENTAL CAR!!! I LOVE NEW CAR SMELL
BRO WAIT LUCY SNOWE AND HESTER PRYNNE ARE LIKE. THE SAME. BRO. IM A GENIUS
Ok my reasoning for them is very broad. It mostly just comes down to the stories both having hints of hypocrisy and absurdity against women. The main women are faced with these challenges but since theyâre so badass and iconic, they get through it. They push on and on and also kinda lose their mind a bit. This will be more detailed itâs late right now goodnight

my Project Hail Mary theory is that the Barbie Movie was just the weird hallucination that Ryland Grace had while he was in that 4 year coma
This is canon, I repeat this is canon.
I think another huge part of why I loved Villette so much was because it wasnât heavy boy focused. I love romance as much as the next person but it wasnât the only thing she thought about. Hell, when she did think of Dr John, it wasnât JUST about him. It was needed to show her and how she acts with vulnerability. So even then it was needed!!! I love Villette please read it
Also plan to read Shirley next Iâm so excited
