1.Paint nails/put on some fake ones
2.Plan outfits for the week on Pinterest. You can make "secret boards" and name them for each day of the week.
3.Do the same for your hair+makeup
4.Use a face, lip, hair, hand mask
5.Hem/mend some clothes
6.Organize a drawer or cabinet
7.Clean out and wipe down fridge/freezer, trash expired shit 🤢
8.Create a NEW low cal recipe
9.Take the dog on a walk or run,let them decide which way you go
10.Water ya thirsty ass plants
11.Repot a plant that needs it
12.Wash your car
13.Weed the garden or flower beds
14.Study a language, learn a common phrase or some bad words

What I want to be
New rules for myself:
1. 10k steps at least
2. Not over 800/1000 (have to think about which one)
3. No junk food
4. Vegan
5. At least 30 minutes of exercise
6. More protein than carbs
7. COUNT EVERY CALORIE!!!
8. 16:8 fasting
9. At least 1.5 litres of WATER daily
10. Maybe 1 day fasting a week?
