HE CAME THROUGH!! Just got a letter from that guy who worked at Aldebaran! At first I was heartbroken cuz he didn’t return the console, but there was a flash drive inside the envelope. Looks like he converted it to a standard executable! I’ll have to start over, but I CAN PLAY THE MANSE ON SORACCA AGAIN!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!!!!!

That dude still hasn’t contacted me since I sent the Marduk. It’s been a week now. I’ve messaged him a few times, but he hasn’t even seen them. I was worried this might happen, but.. ugh. It’d be one thing if it were something I could replace, but I can’t find anything like it on Amazon or EBay.

I just wanted to be able to FINISH the fucking thing. I felt like I was so close. I had activated the machine underground and found one of the missing masks. The last one was probably behind that safe. The mystery of what was behind that big door is literally killing me. UGH. This is why you don’t trust strangers, kids.

They said that they used to work with a company called “Aldebaran Interactive”. They also gave me their name, and it matches the credits at the front of the game. I figure it’s hard to fake something like that.

I finally got in contact w/ someone who is familiar with this thing. They’ve asked me to send it to them for repairs. Might be a longshot, but it’s the only lead I have right now so.. fingers crossed!

I’ve been playing more of “The Manse on Soracca” and, it.. crashed? I’m trying to open this safe, but whenever I put in the code, the whole game just shuts down. I’m guessing that I have to run this code through the cipher in the back of the book, but that page is ripped. It’s probably trying to access some sort of bugged script when I put in the bad code. IDK WHAT TO DO AND I’M SO BUMMED AAAGHH. If anyone knows anything about this, HMU ASAP.
