A way in which we abandon ourselves: saying nothing, when we want to express the truth of our heart. Be it a longing, a need, a want, a no, a yes, an explanation, a question, whatever.. saying what is true for us is necessary because it is an expression of our deep connection to self. In expressing what's going on within we show ourselves, that we respect us & that we are here for us 100%. I have been told, that the reaction of the other doesn't matter as much as the reaction we have towards ourselves. Embodiment of truth is love. Love is always met with love, in one way or another.
