Every day I write my son a little note and draw a little picture for his lunch. This was today! He is 7, so while he doesn't actually watch Jack, he is generally a fan of YouTube- so of course he will recognize Sam.

I'm glad that Ethan could tell right away that Willow was a gecko- I know it's hard to tell with such a small bit of her. I wanted to show off her cute little face before she ran down my arm and danced on my keyboard.

Never think that it's too late to express yourself! I am a 32 year old wife and mother of 2, and I wanted to do something that I always dreamed of. I wanted to dye my hair in beautiful colors all my life, but never could. School wouldn't let me, job wouldn't let me, etc. Now I'm a stay at home mom. I was afraid I missed my window. I thought that now that I am a mom I can't do something like this. Do. Not. Think. That. Way! Be your beautiful self! I'm the same mom that I was, but I feel a sense of identity as well. My boys are proud of me.

This one has a bit of a story. My husband bought me this photo op very last minute, and I was thrilled. As I was sitting in the theater waiting for my number I was suddenly hit with crippling pain. I’ve been having trouble with my gall bladder- and it is painful. I wasn’t going to give up my photo, so I had to push on. When my number was called I limped up the stairs and stood in line with my eyes shut, trying to take deep breaths. I was so focused on my pain that I didn’t think of what I wanted in my photo. As the women in front of me steps forward to get her picture, my pain vanishes. I had seconds to think. As I walked up he opened up the trench coat for me to get in for a big hug. I was so relieved that all I could think to say was “I just want to look at you.” I’ll never forget that feeling.
