another thing i’ve been noticing as i slowly rewatch all the spoke vids is the fact that the server’s economy in s1 is so vastly different from the current s3 economy.
when spoke checks to see who’s online, there are four people. four.
and while this is because uu wasn’t big yet and didn’t have an events server or anything yet it is interesting to think about what it means within the realm of unstable.
supply and demand for resources is so different. there’s a huge supply of armor, of weapons, of everything, and such a small amount of people. and now, there’s a huge amount of people with barely enough food to go around
as i continue i might make a full on post with this as a topic but i just thought id point it out
Bro…
In season 1 Wemmbu and Eggchan were getting paid 15552 netherite ingots or 1728 netherite blocks just to grief some bases
while in season 2 Spoke was able to bribe Flame to do what he wanted with only one netherite ingot
this is like the complete opposite of inflation lwk
lmaooooo it’s so true
mafia really ate up all the netherite didn’t it
The mafia brought so many people into the server it completely destroyed the supply and demand chain that was the reason everyone was so wealthly!
like spoke duping inflated most expensive resources but if spoke were to start duping again no matter how much he were to dupe it wouldnt quite be enough to inflate the server the same way it could’ve back in season one if he didnt go after all the duped items. and realistically speaking if he were to dupe in a “saviour” way to give to the people, players who benefit from the capitalistic system of the current unstable would go after him
on the other hand if he decided to be selfish and found a new duping exploit he could create a business with the most amount of profit as possible since when a resource becomes infinite, it basically loses all its value since it is no longer limited with that he could hypothetically scam everyone of their resources for an item that has no value.
and also another netherite provider coming into the equation would destroy clownpierce’s monopoly over netherite
yeah!
unstable’s economy is being held in this fragile balance that will fall apart the moment one little thing shifts
it makes me wonder if spoke’s null arc will change that, especially since he’s heading to spawn
think like IMAGINE how much wealth Null is hoarding !
when they go to spawn it gonna completely turn spawn’s economy upside down!! :O
Since null has existed since the beginning of unstable, they would not only have season 1 type of wealth but also OG-player type of wealth, like the farlands kingdom/castle thing wemmbu discovered, WHAT IF THEY HAVE ACCESS TO VILLAGERS ??????? THAT WOULD BE INSANE!!?
i cant wait bro…
