So I heard 3P! was a thing and so made the Philippines one. And you may be asking "does this mean 3p is gonna be added to the ask roster?" Nope, it's an interesting concept but unlike 2p! It doesn't have the luxury of a pre-established fanon that I can use as a base (3p america is literally the only one with a wiki page); unless I wanna dig around the wasteland that is Wattpad, I don't have much to work with. I just wanted to doodle my take on it so enjoy reading about my ramblings.

I was kinda drawing without thinking, the outfit's kinda atrocious but I think 3P! Philippines would be scene or maybe really colorful in gen. I randomly picked pink as a main color but now I kinda think blue would make better sense. If I ever get around to this character again I'm definitely changing his outfit though.

Picking yandere as a personality is so cliche but I think it works in this case. I'm posting this on Tumblr after all. He'd be the type to drop every bit of his personality to please people but be so intense that he unintentionally puts people off. I wrote psychopath but I think sociopath would make better sense, yes there's a difference. I made 2p! Philippines pretty iffy when it comes to intimacy, so I'll make 3p! Philippines be totally touch starved.

I don't think I ever brought it up but 2p! Philippines does not like to cook, he hates the activity but he's pretty good at it. So 3P! Would love cooking but everything he makes tastes terrible. I think it'd be a funny twist.
