I am currently on my way home from our once in a lifetime honeymoon and I have to say it was the best two weeks I have ever had. New York was just wow and Hawaii was just wow x2. Me and my husband are so glad to have had the chance to go to two amazing places! Just don't like the three day travel back to England!!

Just over a year ago, we lost my sister due to alcohol abuse. I feel that we need to be more aware of the dangers of too much alcohol. Only now I am getting the courage to be able to talk about her and her affliction, as I’d like to call it. Due to her past, she became solely dependant on alcohol. It was such as little as cider that she had. Nothing more and nothing less. She had a 15 year old son when she died, she had sent him away to live with his father because she knew in her heart that it was best for him, even though it destroyed her. Anybody with children would know how that would feel like. Imagine barely ever seeing the person you have raised most of his life. I want to raise the issue that people have, thinking it can only effect your liver. Or just “one” mad night out every week or even month won’t hurt. This is beyond untrue. Every single organ she had failed, she got alcohol hepatitis. She was on so many vitamins because she wouldn’t eat, the drink literally took her nutrients away. She was on so many pain killers and calcium because it weakened her bones to the point that she had to be carried up and down the stairs, she even needed help going to the bathroom each day. I watched my sister die. Because of this addiction, and I would never wish that on anybody. People need to evaluate how many drinks they have a day or even a week and take note of what it could be doing to your body. I think about my sister every day and I miss her more than I could even begin to put into words, I wish I could have seen what was going on in her mind and change her views on her own life. I just hope somebody will take note of this and change either their own life or somebody else’s. for my sister it was too late. It’s not too late for you.

When the bank robbers returned home, the younger robber (MBA-trained) told the older robber (who has only completed Year 6 in primary school): "Big brother, let's count how much we got." The older robber rebutted and said: "You are very stupid. There is so much money it will take us a long time to count. Tonight, the TV news will tell us how much we robbed from the bank!" This is called "Experience.” Nowadays, experience is more important than paper qualifications! After the robbers had left, the bank manager told the bank supervisor to call the police quickly. But the supervisor said to him: "Wait! Let us take out $10 million from the bank for ourselves and add it to the $70 million that we have previously embezzled from the bank”. This is called "Swim with the tide.” Converting an unfavorable situation to your advantage! The supervisor says: "It will be good if there is a robbery every month." This is called "Killing Boredom.” Personal Happiness is more important than your job. The next day, the TV news reported that $100 million was taken from the bank. The robbers counted and counted and counted, but they could only count $20 million. The robbers were very angry and complained: "We risked our lives and only took $20 million. The bank manager took $80 million with a snap of his fingers. It looks like it is better to be educated than to be a thief!" This is called "Knowledge is worth as much as gold!" The bank manager was smiling and happy because his losses in the share market are now covered by this robbery. This is called "Seizing the opportunity.” Daring to take risks! So who are the real robbers here?
