(Sorry Im sending more asks about Systems) So Co-Coning is where two Headmates are fronting at once right? But (feel free to Ignore this part Ik it might be a Private snd or Sensitive Subject) how does it actually Feel? And how does it actually work? Like can you Talk to the Headmate Your Co-Coning with or do you have to do it in your head? (If that makes any sense)

So there's actually two terms.. co-con and co-front

Co-con is short for co-concious.. It means two or more headmates are aware at the same time. But not both of them have control over the body..

Co-front means co-fronting. It's when two or more headmates are fronting at the same time. They both have control over the body..

Both feel pretty similar to us.. so we kind of use the terms interchangably (even if they are different things,,)

For us when either is the case.. we sort of "talk" in our head..? (Sometimes out loud too.. but it makes people think we're weird...) It's an odd feeling because we don't really "hear" a response... We either get a stray thought that isn't ours or we just get "vibes" of what the other person is feeling.. We typically can't have a normal 1-to-1 conversation like with people outside the system..

Co-con and co-front are hard on our brain.. We can't do much because it's too many people and thoughts interfering with each other... But especially co-fronting... It just makes us dissociate really badly and our head hurt really had... We normally can't really think because there's too much going on in our head to focus..

When Catnap and Dogday were both co-con at one point and were texting each other on Antar they had to focus really hard on what the other would say in response... They probably spent an hour or so changing who's fronting/in control while being in co-con so they could type a text... I just know the process was really difficult.... They probably could've just talked internally if they tried really hard.. but I suppose they also just wanted it documented so they can be sure of what the other said.... It was the first time our system had ever done that sort of thing

Dogday and Catnap are probably the ones who work the best together in co-con or front. Generally we try to keep it one person aware at a time, but neither seem to mind the other being there...

.. I'm noticing we're getting a lot of "firsts" for our system ever since Dogday became host..

If you accidentally took the wrong Medication would it Cause this? I hope it ends up passing but for now I hope it doesn't hurt to much

Yeah, one of our medications makes us sleep for about 14 hours.. We've told our ex-psychiatrist about the issue and all she had to say was "well it sounds like you're getting good sleep!".....

Since it's not a medicine you have to be weaned off of we're just choosing not to take it anymore on our own... Since she wouldn't listen and take us off of it..

I'm wondering if I accidentally took some last night because it looks so similar to a different medicine I was trying to take...

I tried on this One and I actually tried to Put some Meaning into the Flowers! As this is Based off @whispersoflavender and the System they're in (Only the smiling Critter Headmates However) The White flower Represents Sheila, the Orange Flower with Purple Pettels Represents Sunray and Catnap and their Relationship, the Blue Flower with the Orange Pettels Represents Dogpressed and Sunray while the last Flower Tbh with you is Just a Random Flower. I hope you all like and thank you for giving me the Idea Sheila this is more so Something I drew for you rather than a a general Drawing so I hope you like it! :]
