As most may know, there is a band called Whispertown/the Whispertown2000, which, I didn't know when I named my comic

But in July I messaged the singer of the Whispertown2000 on instagram on a whim, saying "I hope this doesn't bother you, and I know your band is called Whispertown, but I'm making a comic and is it alright if I call it that? It doesn't have anything to do with your band."

To my surprise, she responded and said "yeah! That's so cool! And totally you can, now we share a name."

I will never forget that, because it's really cool.
