I officially lost 10kg in a month. I wanna share this motivation to all of you - you can do it💕
My journey:
My daily calorie intake was more than 3000, I was deep in depression, and the only thing kept me going was eating - I developed bed, I was completely addicted to food. I started restricting with 1400, in the first week I decreased this number to 600. One day 1200, the other 1000, then 800, and finally 600. In the beginning it was hard, so I drank 4-5 liter weight loss tea instead of eating, trying to trick my body to get addicted to anything else. Lot of them took my appetite away, and slowly I started to get used to not eating, so I don’t drink this much anymore. My limit is still 600, but I keep it around 400 every day. There were some days I only did 150-200, but usually I don’t do fasting. I eat 2 times a day, first a breakfast at 8am (<150) and the main meal at 4-5pm (<250-300).
My diet is very strict: gluten-, dairy-, egg-, soy-free, I am allergic to them, and also a lot of ingredients, so my food is really limited. I don’t use any oil nor sugar. I am not 100% vegan, because sometimes I eat chicken breast or tuna for protein, but rarely. I only eat healthy food, 90% of my plate is vegetables, what keeps me full for the day. My usual breakfast is 3 piece of rice cake, 3 slice of cucumber and 1 slice on tomato on each of them. Sometimes I put some onion on it too. I drink coffee once in the morning, strictly black. The main meal is usually a salad, with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion, zucchini or eggplant, and for protein either chickpeas or chicken breast or tuna. If I have calories left, my fruits of choice is apple, watermelon, or orange. Between the two meal I am allowed to drink one diet coke, and I around 3 liter herbal tea.
My workout routine is fast walking. My daily movements were almost nonexistent (300 steps), so I started with little things, like taking off from the bus earlier, go to the shop only by walk, then I created a route where I am walking down the river until an island, then went around the island, then went across the city to my bus - you get it. Now my daily usual is 15-20km (20-30.000 steps). For me it was helpful to first create the need to go somewhere, then commit to it. I do it when I don’t have the mood, I do it in 35degrees, I do it when its raining. I just do it. Usually I do it 2 times, once after breakfast(15km) and once after the main meal(5km). Of course I am not perfect, there are days I don’t do the second one, but I try to do a walk after every eating. In this way I burn 800-1000 calories daily. I NEVER eat more than I burn manually in a day.
! This is NOT an advice. I am aware that this is extremely unhealthy and dangerous. However I still have 10-15kg to go, so I hope I can maintain this and reach my gw again. Now its time for a little celebration✨
