The Head Angel: Felicity

Felicity is the Head Angel, a member of the High Order and in charge of the Faction Leaders. They serve under the Virtues, along with the other members of the High Order.

They take their responsibilities very seriously, and they are constantly busy from their work. The Faction Leaders take orders from them if needed, as well as other government workers, but they only get involved if there is a serious threat, or if they are summoned to negotiate and speak on the Virtue's behalf. They also watch over Earth, although very rarely comes down on person, and even those in the Angel District don't even see them.

Felicity doesn't speak all that often unless they feel the need to, and doesn't go out in public much as they don't like the attention they receive due to being the Head Angel. They are also always seen at their God's side if they are not busy anywhere else.

Faction Leader's Pt 3

Purity Faction; Holly

Holly keeps an eye on the Purity Faction, which houses angels that are young children that were born in the Angel District. The Purity Faction's area has schools, daycares, parks, the like. They also house angels that were priests in life and continue to practice, and as such the Purity Faction has beautiful chapels and churches, big and small to accommodate.

Holly gets along well with kids, and like Maria, feels like an elder relative to the younger angels, albeit she's more of a big sister rather than a motherly figure. She represents Chastity, so she tries to be a good role model for the younglings. Fun loving, wild, and sweet, although when in chapels, she's more quiet and respectful.

Wisdom Faction; William

William sees over the Wisdom Faction. The faction homes angels that are scholars and are in university and college. The buildings range from older gothic to more modern. There's also a range in size between them, also more to suit the angel for whatever is easier for them. There's regular houses like the rest of the factions, but there are also dorms the angels can live in if they wish to reside on college grounds.

William himself is stern, a stickler for the rules, and studious. Despite this, even though it comes off as rude or flat, he approaches situations with a clear head and thinks things through and remains calm. He represents Patience, so while ones would expect him to butt heads with more carefree people, he deals with them with a calm demeanor. He does have a limit, however, and the faction leaders take great care not to push it.

Faction Leaders Pt 2

Dusk Faction; Ral'wen

Ral'wen oversees the Dusk Faction. Their faction does have daytime, but nighttime lasts longer compared to the other factions. It's not a large faction, and it houses the angels that have black wings upon arriving and are going through rehab.

Ral'wen represents Diligence, and while they are aware their appearance is unnerving to some, they still try to look out for their faction as best they can. They are more careful due to who they keep in their faction, but still treat their angels like any other, as they believe it helps with their treatment.

Mercy Faction; Maria

Maria is in charge of the Mercy Faction, who watches over angels who died through more sensitive circumstances. Angels who passed too early from sickness, abruptly, or small children that died tragically. The scenery and general area in the Mercy Faction is filled with open fields, flowers, forests, anything that eases and helps the angels.

Maria represents Kindness, and as a result is very motherly towards the younger angels. She's not as laid back as Julius, but still acts calm and is patient towards her people. She considers her people as if they were her own children, and if anyone or anyone were to harm them, her anger is explosive and destructive.

The Faction Leaders Pt 1

Dawn Faction; Julius.

Julius is in charge of the Dawn Faction, an area where light is eternal. It's common place for angels to dwell here, so the population is pretty vast compared to other factions.

Julius represents Temperance, although he's a tad more laid back than the other leaders. Still, he's serious about his job and his responsibilities, and serves his people and God dutifully if the need arises.

Spirit Faction; Dmitri

Dmitri watches over the Spirit Faction, an area where the spirits who wait to be properly judged reside. It's a decent enough area, nearby the limbo of the Angel District. Still, it's rather large as to accommodate everyone, although the population is slightly lesser than the Dawn Faction.

Dmitri himself is stern, strict, and follows protocol. He represents Humility, and as such takes his actions with regard if there is ever a mistake. While it's required for the Faction Leaders to work together, it's inevitable for him to clash with Julius due to the difference in personalities. Still, they are a great team when both are serious.

Angel District ~ White Robes

Welcome to the Angel District! This is a sanction of Heaven where all the Angels reside. There are many different kinds here, as well as multiple areas to explore. Meet new people as well, make friends, this is a place for all to enjoy!

Race

There are different kinds of races to choose from.

Seraphim

Cherubim (aka Cherubs)

Thrones

Dominions

Powers

Principalities

Archangels

Angel

I will make a post describing each race and the angel heirarchy, but I want to at least mention the different kinds you can create. (The only one not included are the Virtues, which will be explained later).

Occupations

Treat the Angel District like you would in everyday life. Some have more important jobs, some have wealthier or lower paying, etc. Each Angel (aside from children) has a job. They either go to a job they would enjoy, or get assigned to a job if they so choose that too. Younglings (what would be the equivalent of a teenager) can also be apprentices to a job they wish to look into. There can also be celebrities, as well.

Media

There can be celebrities and other public figures in the Angel District. They keep up the morale of Heaven, helping in charities and bringing happiness to those they entertain. There are also artists, music composers, dance troupes, all to those who wish to go do that sort of thing.

Government

This kind I will choose who gets to be in this particular job myself. Since running an entire realm is a tricky thing, after all. Gotta have everyone be on good terms. In any case, for this there are positions of looking over relations between the other realms, ensuring they are in good condition.

They range from ambassadors, lawyers, agents, the like. There are also the Agents of God, which I will create myself.

Trade

There are multiple jobs for trade. It can be agriculture, arts, structures, clothes, you name it. The groups these jobs are for are called Guilds. There will be an introduction post later going into more detail.

Trade jobs also assist in keeping good relations with the other realms, just like how it does here.

Living Arrangements

In the Angel District, there are multiple areas in which to live. They can range from cozy apartments to decent sized castles. Depending on rank, however, only those higher in the heirarchy can live in mansions and large castles. For those who prefer to live in more solitude, there are nice cabins to accommodate as well.

Religion

Religion as a whole does not exist here. It is a place for anyone and everyone to be at peace. Whatever people believe in, they are welcome.

The only thing close to it would be the Virtues, which will be explained in a separate post.

Now, finally…

The White Robes. The highest of God’s authority.

The White Robes themselves are those of God’s chosen few. Those who have proved themselves worthy enough to be among Him and His disciples. They handle the most important matters, dealing with other beings, guarding the mortal realm, protecting the land. They are people right below the Virtues themselves.

If any were to deviate or go rogue, they are barred from ever joining the White Robes. If severe infractions occur, they are sent to the mortal realm to atone.

It will be difficult to get into, but anyone can if they want to apply for it specifically.

So! With that said, if anyone wants to join in, they can! The only exception is just the Government and White Robes, as I will review those myself. Other than that, you are free to do whatever you like!

Types of Halos

In the Angel District, there are multiple kinds of halos. Most often than not, Angels recieve the standard kind of halo. These types are very common, although it wouldn’t be out of place to see a different kind here and there.

Standard

The most common of halos. Almost every Angel will have this one.

Horn

Not as common as the Standard, but still seen quite often. Usually those more down to earth with calm attitudes will have these.

Saint

Those who were devoted in life will have these. Angels that occupy shrines, churches, etc will have this particular halo. It’s not just reserved for religious buildings, though. Even an Angel that works at the diner down the street can have one, they just happen to practice their faith often.

Crescent

Somewhat uncommon, this halo is the more rarer of its kind. Not seen all that much, it’s rumored that those with this halo have a close connections with strong magic. As such, they’re more highly regarded.

Holy

Reserved for only those working under God. All Angels start with the other halos, but can earn this halo once they become either a Faction Leader, or one of the White Robes. No other Angel can have this halo otherwise.
