🌙 gather: a white or pink candle, full moon water, cosmetics or face lotion. 

🌙 light your candle, a plain one or a pink one.

🌙 do at night, look up at the mostly full moon.

🌙 annoint the cosmetics or face lotion with the full moon water

🌙 apply the cosmetics or face lotion, then speak:

“moon, bright and full, grant me your glow bring back the beauty, that i used to know”

🌙 bask in the moonlight for a little while, until you feel it is done.

🌿Magical herbal salt🎀

Hi!🌹 Today I want to share here one of my magic salt recipes!🔮💜

First at all I took some fresh herbs from my little balcony garden and rock salt.🌱

Salt is a crystalline mineral made of two elements, sodium (Na) and chlorine (Cl).Salt magical properties are cleansing, purification, protection.

I used Parsley, Lavender, Basil and Marjoram.

Herbs magical properties are:

Parsley - increase strength, vitality and passion.Parsley is also supposed to protect food from contamination.🌿

Basil - helps steady the mind, brings happiness, love, peace, and money and protects against insanity.🌿

Marjoram - cleansing, purification, and dispelling negativity.🌿

Lavender -love, healing, purification, sleep and beauty.🌿

So that all herbs make my salt more magical and powerful!🌙🔮

I used mortar and pestle to mix that all.🌿After that I added my salt into glass jar and I left in on my altar🔮.

I will add my herbal salt to everything that I cook.

Also I will use it for my protection spells and rituals.🔮

Jar Spell for Clarity 🍇

a simple springtime spell for emotional/mental clarity and wisdom

🍇 gather: raspberry, amethyst, bay leaf, sage, and sunflower seeds or petals

🍇 in a bowl, crush the raspberry. soak the close of the jar in the juice

🍇 fill the jar with dried bay leaf, sage, and sunflower seeds.

🍇 seal the jar carefully with wax of the color most calming to you

🍇 charge with amethyst as needed, shake to invoke

💧 Mermaid’s Tears 💧

a spell to create mermaid’s tears substitute, which can be used to grant small wishes, heal, or even reveal hidden truths.

💧 gather: sea salt, stormwater, seaweed, sea glass bottle, blue and green glitter, white beads or faux pearls. (only use real ones if you want)

💧 fill the sea-glass bottle with stormwater and dissolve the sea salt in it.  

💧 mix in the green and blue glitter, shake thoroughly. 

💧 wrap the outside of the bottle with seaweed. 

💧 put beads/faux pearls inside bottle. seal bottle shut. 

💧 take beads out one at a time for individual uses, whether they are wishes, healing, or revealing the truth. 

💧 when done with each bead, crush or break in half.

Coffee Lore & Superstition ☕

☕ leaving coffee and bread inside a house will prevent ghosts haunting it

☕ bad luck follows if you stop using the regular coffee mug

☕ a cup of coffee will cure a headache

☕ when divining with coffee grounds, and the reader must not be thanked or the future foretold will not come true.

bubbles ☕

if the bubbles in the cup move towards the drinker it will foretells wealth.

if the bubbles in the cup move away from the drinker it will foretells loss.

catch the bubbles on your spoon and eat them to bring prosperity to you

one big bubble in your coffee is an omen for bad news.

a large bubble could mean a friend will arrive later.

bubbles gathering in the edge or the center of the cup indicates the weather, sunny in the center and rainy by the edges

🚿 Facewash Spell 🛁

for anon, a simple spell to promote beautiful or healthy skin.

🚿 gather a blue candle, rose quartz, facewash of choice and a mirror.

🛁  leave the rose quartz to charge the facewash of choice while not using it. 

🚿 when you go to wash your face, light the candle nearby.

🛁 anoint the mirror with a drop of wax.

🚿 use the facewash as you would normally, wash and rinse your face.

🛁  pat your face dry and blow out the candle. 

🚿  remove wax from the mirror, leave rose quartz to charge facewash.

⛈️ Spell to Weather a Storm ⛈️

a spell to help  a person or relationship through a particular rough patch

⛈️ gather: a candle, thread, an athame or blessed knife, thyme and an orange

⛈️ perform spell during a rainstorm, when one begins. be prepared ahead of time as the rain may not last long. 

⛈️ when it begins to rain, collect some rainwater and bless the knife with it. 

⛈️ use the knife to peel/cut strips of the orange peel off.

⛈️ carve your, or you and your s.o.’s names into the side of the candle.

⛈️ wrap the peel around the candle and bind it with the thread

⛈️ dress the candle with thyme and light it. 

⛈️ have the candle burn the length of the storm, or as far down as it goes. do not leave the candle unattended while it burns.

there are plenty of ways to work to work a little magic into your day without doing a full on ritual, and your daily (hourly?) tea is one of them! here’s just a couple of suggestions with fruits and their correspondences.

raspberry - love, strength, endurance and reliability

black currant - for  abundance, lust, and fertility

rhubarb -  for fidelity and protection.

mango -  harmony, balance, contentment, fertility. 

strawberry -  for fortune, friendship, and love.

lemon -  for friendship, love, and purification.

cherry -  for divination and love.

blueberry -  for protection.

apple -  for banishment, fertility, healing, love, protection, and purification.

pear -  for wealth, love and lust.

orange -  for beauty, divination, fortune, love, purification, and wealth.

chamomile -  for banishment, love, purification, sleep, and wealth.

peach blossom -  for fertility, good wishes, longevity, protection, wisdom

jasmine -  for love and wealth.

rose -  for divination, fortune, healing, love, protection, and psychic abilities.

of course, this is not to say you should go out and start picking flowers for your tea! telling plants apart can sometime take an experienced, discerning eye, and it would be unfortunate if anyone tried to make tea with something like poison ivy or poison oak. unless you have knowledge in this area, it may be best to stick by store-bought teas.

most teas fall under a few categories: tea plant, floral, fruit and herbal. teas can be considered type of potion called an infusion. various types of teas have different steeping times and water temperatures, but you can always chill them and drink them cold too! most teas have some form of the tea plant in them mixed with other ingredients, but herbal teas do not.

teas like white, green, oolong, and black tea come from the same plant ”Camellia sinensis”, and the flavors/properties depend on how the leaves have aged/fermented. these are listed in the amount of least➡️ most fermentation.

white tea - air magic, purification, protection, clarity, realization, meditation, cleansing green tea - fire magic, healing, love, catalysts, mindfulness, passion, sexual health and new energies oolong tea - water magic, wisdom, reflection and deep concentration, beauty and emotional connections black tea -  strength, stability, endings, finished business, and banishment, expelling negativity. fruit teas will correspond to the meanings of those fruits, strawberry for love, lemon for cleansing, etc. fruit teas often have the tea plant in them.

floral teas will correspond to the meanings of those fruits, rose for love, lavender for peace, etc. floral teas often have the tea plant in them.
