i keep thinking about coming out to my mum. recently, i've been daydreaming about how happy i would be bringing a girl i love home and introducing her to my parents and kissing in the garden of my family home and having mum introduce her to sri lankan food but i am so fucking scared of everything changing.

came home for the weekend after being in london doing some shadowing and mum made me a fucking heart shaped chocolate cake because i told her the consultant was really mean during one of my shifts. can i just have the knowledge of whether me being gay would break her heart/she’d send me to get “educated” somewhere/whether she’d be really supportive and chill bc wdym i’m losing my shit when she loves me so much.
