Stephen Tompkinson is getting another run as DCI Banks as the show has been recommissioned.

At last! Confirmation on the books being used in the next series AND the fact that DCI Annie Cabbot is most definitely returning!!

Danny: Since Rosie's gone, it's been very hard for me and I could do without my friends falling out.

Danny: Because I've the man for a good few years and I know he does stupid, thoughtless things sometimes

Alice: We should get back to Leopards Den. See if Jana's come home by herself.

Alice: Hey! We should be proud of what we've accomplished.

Danny: You came to Leopards Den, just when I needed you the most. You've helped me so much Alice.

I meant to say it earlier but, well, I can be a bit stubborn sometimes and maybe a bit defensive, about Leopards Den in particular.  And that's probably why I behaved a little...pigheaded. And I know I can be annoying sometimes, I don't mean to be and I'm trying to change.....

Alice: Danny......

Danny: ....And as for being grumpy in the morning, it's just until I've had a coffee.

Alice: Danny. I don't think you're grumpy, or annoying, or pigheaded...or whatever else I've said to Charlotte.

Danny: I can be a bit of a smart arse sometimes.

Alice: Yeah you can. But so can I.

Danny: Well. That's all I wanted to say really.

Danny: Just wanted to return her to the wild. That's where she belongs. there are only about twenty pack in the whole country.....
