Joe Saw 8 to 10 Deer Across Road In Poor Timber Could Not Get An Open Shot. Later On Saw One Deer In Same Area Still No Shot Tom Danny And Earl Left For Home About 6– PM. I Will Hunt Tomorrow And Head Home Thursday Sometime I Have Been Here Since ThanksGiving Day Tomorrow Will Be 3 Weeks.

John Hnatin Had A Long Shot At Buck On Power Line When We Came Back From Town. We Had To Buy Some Presents To Take Home.

John Hnatin Started Smoking Again After Not Smoking For One And AHALF Years. The Living Room Had A Cloud Of Smoke So Heavey You Could Not See From One End To The Other. He Coughed The Whole Week I Hope He Quits Again Befor It Kills Him “Good Cooks Are Hard To Find”.

50 Years Ago I Was In The Harbor Defences of Pearl Harbor AtFort Kamahamia On The Channel Leading Into Pearl Harbor "Some Defense". 1. buying a "distressed house" definitely works if your dad knows how to do everything from replumbing what copper thieves stole (it all) to flooring to brickwork, and that last one his career. and you yourself love hard physical work 2. transcribing my grandpops diaries which if you've been hanging around here (here being whorevidal.tumblr the dot com) long enough maybe you've happened to have read he wrote once something like if "i'd've known how great being retired was i would have done it long ago" and personally same about living alone. 3. i bought a house in a nicer neighborhood than the one i grew up in where my parents and kid brother still live. a heavy is the head sortof thing 4. my cousin michael and he might be my favorite lives out in phoenix arizoner and i called him the other day i'm thinking its high time i get out to see that canyon finally. and he told me about how hard they got sacked out there in the housing crash and how after that and not long there was a second crisis: swimming pools and apparently everyone has one out there sitting behind empty goddamned houses and filling up with whatever rainwater they do get and mosquitoes just running amok. and ive thought of little else ever since
